Nanette Matthews We did the Lottery came from black people in Harlem newyork in the 1930's. It was infiltrated by the Italian and Jewish mafia and in the 1970's it became what you see today. If black people do the lotto today it would be considered a crime. What we can do is like the Asians with the Susu leanding they do. The Asians usually have a circle of 8,10 or 12 people who put money into a joint account and once it hits lets say 30k or 50k they pick who will lets say will get 15k or 20k of the money that needs to be used for a home. This is how poor Asians come up and own homes and businesses in a short time period. Black people need to incorporate this style!!!

How and when are we going to put this into action. The black businesses that I spend money with is the beauty shop, barber shop, the black electrician, and black sanitation pick up. That's a shame. If I could I would spend every penny with a black business person. But there are so few around. Black folks let's put Dr. Anderson's ideas and words into action... He is right, WE must take control of our children's education.
It's great to buy black and spend black but it doesn't do anything if that black person or business doesn't live black and/or vote black. The fall of the black community happened when the black middle class integrated with non blacks. The tax base suffered along with schools, law enforcement, health care, etc.

What a class act. Dr. Anderson is a definitive example of what all who inspire to be leaders should model. More relevant today than at any other time in Americam history. Dr. Anderson’s thesis for black success should be taught at both black and white institutions of higher learning, nationwide!
I greatly respect this elder and I look forward to learning more from him. What I will say to my brethren is this: dont be so quick to speak out against our family members that are hesitant to hear the truth. The conditioning is real, it penetrates deeply and its overwhelming. We have been programmed from birth and nurtured by people who themselves were programmed. We need to focus on what reprogramming looks like. Our destructive behaviors must b replaced with those that are progressive. Our initial conditioning was subtle and methodical so effective change cannot be forced, drastic or immediate. As we learn and grow, let's look to our babies...we can guide and teach as we ourselves develop. What we refer to as waking up is a process. It's crazy how there were many brothers trying to spread this knowledge in the 90's and everyone looked at them like they were crazy. I think everyone is ready to receive the information.
I remember those times,we were almost laughed at,dismissed.Ive had these brothers knowledge back to 1990(Anthony Browder also).We were too Brand Nubian in a crack /glamorous culture. I still heard people paying homage to that until the new gentrification across America. Nanette Matthews We did the Lottery came from black people in Harlem newyork in the 1930's. It was infiltrated by the Italian and Jewish mafia and in the 1970's it became what you see today. If black people do the lotto today it would be considered a crime. What we can do is like the Asians with the Susu leanding they do. The Asians usually have a circle of 8,10 or 12 people who put money into a joint account and once it hits lets say 30k or 50k they pick who will lets say will get 15k or 20k of the money that needs to be used for a home. This is how poor Asians come up and own homes and businesses in a short time period. Black people need to incorporate this style!!!

You are exactly correct. How do we get the chain moving. Is it by home business. I believe, that's where it should be started and possibly some kept, unless they are huge businesses that need a building. I'd like to know more of your thoughts. I ordered all of his books and will sitting down to use them, not just read them. Everyone one the planet is scared of the justice and our duty of whst we will do with the power to surpass all other with our know how of how use these resources with our mind power. We know how to create anew and make a way out of no way. I would like to have out resources in gold, oil, land, minerals and other sustainable precious metals, alludes, rubies and etc.. How and when are we going to put this into action. The black businesses that I spend money with is the beauty shop, barber shop, the black electrician, and black sanitation pick up. That's a shame. If I could I would spend every penny with a black business person. But there are so few around. Black folks let's put Dr. Anderson's ideas and words into action... He is right, WE must take control of our children's education.
It's great to buy black and spend black but it doesn't do anything if that black person or business doesn't live black and/or vote black. The fall of the black community happened when the black middle class integrated with non blacks. The tax base suffered along with schools, law enforcement, health care, etc.

What a class act. Dr. Anderson is a definitive example of what all who inspire to be leaders should model. More relevant today than at any other time in Americam history. Dr. Anderson’s thesis for black success should be taught at both black and white institutions of higher learning, nationwide!
I greatly respect this elder and I look forward to learning more from him.
What I will say to my brethren is this: dont be so quick to speak out against our family members that are hesitant to hear the truth. The conditioning is real, it penetrates deeply and its overwhelming.
We have been programmed from birth and nurtured by people who themselves were programmed.
We need to focus on what reprogramming looks like. Our destructive behaviors must b replaced with those that are progressive.
Our initial conditioning was subtle and methodical so effective change cannot be forced, drastic or immediate.
As we learn and grow, let's look to our babies...we can guide and teach as we ourselves develop. What we refer to as waking up is a process. Additionally, a plan or series of better steps must be put in place upon waking or else fear and complacency can lull an individual back to sleep.
