It sounds crazy but I typically fall asleep to your POV garbage videos. It’s actually quite relaxing and slightly therapeutic to watch at a low volume and low brightness.
I once had a garbage bag full of roof tiles. I lifted it up without realizing it. klatsch went straight through my back. Who puts roof tiles in a garbage bag? It was very heavy
@@legalizeweed3830especially those tall black Rubbermaid Roughneck ones! The ones that are shaped square from above with the square shaped lids. Those are the worst!
@@Casper50002he left the lid off so other collectors can see what’s in the bin. They can tell a can’s empty if it’s tipped upside down like they’re supposed to. I do the same work as well.
that's how I did it too. When I still worked as a garbage collector. Unfortunately my back is in ruins, great to see this again :) We then had a Geesink truck where we sat on the handrail of the controls so that your feet were off the plate. This allowed the truck to drive more than 90 km/h. When you stood on that metal plate, the speed was limited to 25 km/h, so we held on to the pipes and sat on the railing so that it could go faster drive, was auwesome in the summer. Is that also the case with this truck?! then you have to stand on the loading platform so that it can drive faster. you are not stay on the plate. Then the speed is limited, try it out. In theory this is the case with every garbage garbage truck. Do you know how bad it is for the truck if you activate the press while the truck is moving? You should never operate the press while the vehicle is moving. The entire drive shaft wears away three times as fast. Never use the pressing machine while the vehicle is moving unless you want kill that truck. These are expensive maintenance repairs

That’s not the case just step on the gas makes the pto turn faster
My trucks didn't work like that. I used to stand on the step going over 80 km/h all the time. Also always cycled on the run. Saves a lot of time.
I love garbage day
Wish I could ride along on the other side
