    Spicy Degi Chicken Pulao:
    Ingredients to marinate
    Chicken ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Fennel powder 1tsp
    Coriander powder 1tsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Salt as required
    Whole spice 1tbsp
    White pepper 1tsp
    Other ingredients
    Onion sliced 1
    Tomato 1
    Green chilies 1tbsp
    Nutmeg, mace ¾ tsp
    Rice ½ kg
    Coriander ½ bunch
    Method
    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for about 3 to 4 hours , now in a pan heat oil fry onions till golden brown , now remove half of the fried onion and set aside, now add chicken and roast well , then add tomatoes, green chilies, nutmeg , mace and rice , cook till done , lastly add fried onion and serve .
    Chicken broast desi style:
    Ingredients to marinate
    Chicken tikka pieces 4
    Salt 2tsp
    Garlic crushed 2tbsp
    Vinegar 1-1/2 cup
    Water 4cups
    Green chilies 2tbsp
    Oil for frying
    Salad leaves to garnish
    Ingredients to 2nd marinate
    Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
    Vinegar 4tbsp
    Salt 2tsp
    Red chili powder 1tbsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Cumin powder 1tsp
    Oil 2tbsp
    Ingredients to coat
    Flour 1cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Soda 2pinch
    Method
    Give cuts to tikka pieces and marinate overnight with vinegar,4cup water, garlic and green chilies . now drain the access water . for 2nd marinate add all the ingredients in a bowl then add chicken and leave it for 3to4 hours and steam it. Now coat the chicken pieces with all coating ingredients , deep fry and serve .
    Banana oat smoothie:
    Ingredients
    Oats 4tbsp
    Bananas 6
    Yogurt 1cup
    Milk 1cup
    Brown sugar 4tbsp
    Ice as required
    Method
    Blend all and serve chilled .
