Asalamu alaikum the pulao looks yummy or bohaat quick n easy recipe but we don't get this type of rice

My Quick Pulao Recipe: Fry onions in ghee for 5-7 minutes in an electric pressure cooker on the sear setting. Add ginger/garlic paste and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Then, add 4 small lamb shanks and Shan Yakhni Pulao spice mix. Pour in water and pressure cook for 30 minutes.
Next, remove the lamb shanks from the cooker, brush them with ghee and saffron color, and place them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add washed rice to the pressure cooker and pressure cook for 14 minutes, followed by an additional 10 minutes on steam.
To serve, dish out the rice and place the lamb shanks on top. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies.
