For this recipe you need following ingredients.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Ghee 1cup
Onion 4medium
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Cardamom 3pcs
Cumin 2tbs
Cloves 6pcs
Black Cardamom 3pcs
Black Pepper corns 1tbs
bay leaves 2pcs
Tomato 4medium
Salt 2.5tsp total
Red chili 1.5tsp
Tamarind Pulp 5tbsgms
Water 1.5ltrs
Rice 1kg soaked
Other than above ingredients, add some love and you will taste the best pulao of your life.
