You have gotten SO much better! I can’t even find suggestions anymore really. Just see how I would live in the house and how it would work for me. Or imagine my grandma living in one and how it could work for her
OMG, What a fabulous, liveable small family home! You had me when I saw the combined coat closet with laundry, and powder room tucked under the stairs... but it just kept getting better!! Exposed beams in the living room, large pantry and raised dishwasher next to the kitchen sink, master suite downstairs, and I love the children's room upstairs and the placement of all the bedroom closets. Simply wonderful, charming yet very functional, home❣️ SUPERB! 😍 I keep thinking how much the adult children will love visiting and staying in that upstairs bedroom with their kids. Just swap out the twin beds with bunk beds and a full size bed.
I am stunned! I absolutely love this home. It would be like living in my own little castle. It would be awesome sitting in the middle of a forest. Absolutely brilliantly done. ❤
Jasper, Jasper, this is absolutely MAGNIFICENT❤ I’m so glad you gave your brain a rest, because this one knocked my socks off 😮 definitely, this is my number one! At least, for now! 😊simply perfection!
Adorable small home. Love the country blue color throughout, especially the kitchen. Too much white, takes away from the cottage feel. Needs wood accents. And the criss cross pattern windows, love them!!!
I love it, that brick wall and wraps around into the kitchen, the door goes into the garage, love the blue, my favorite color, and the laundry room, the master bedroom with the wood closets and frame, the wall design is magnificent, the upstairs bedroom is awesome with bathroom, the windows are unique, the design. Love it ♥️
I loved the layout, with the social area at the back of the house, and i loved the interior design as well. I love your style, although the houses here in Brazil usually have different decorations, the farmhouse style is very successful here. Everyone wants a kitchen with wooden cabinets and a brick wall. You could even make videos with only kitchen decorations and layouts, or the living room, or the bedroom, or the entrance hall, for example. It must be a lot of work to think about the floor plan of the house and also the decor. Anyway, I love your work.
Luv it!! Great design. I really like how u used the double headboard for 2 beds & the space in the upper bedroom & I luv the master bedroom downstairs. Oh nice touch of adding your pic on the wall 😀😃👍🏾
Excellent job once again. You can see immediately how much passion and work has gone into it. Very nice, I would feel very comfortable in any house you designed. Thank you very much for letting us share in your excellent work. Continued success. 😊👍🙋🏼♀️
I like that the kitchen is it's own separate area. These open floor plans and layouts have become overwhelming. I like some privacy when I'm in the kitchen.
How funny! Definitely an example of different strokes for different folks! I was just thinking how I might consider removing that wall between the kitchen & living areas to open things up & feel larger. Since the fireplace isn’t wood, it could easily be moved to the opposite wall with bookshelves flanking it. Then there would be a little more seating are for the living room. I love working in the kitchen while still being involved in conversation & activity in the living area!
There was a long attic storage room behind the door at the top of the stairs (inside the house), which is the perfect size for seasonal decorations and sentimental keepsakes. Yes, I agree a garage attic storage space with pull down stairs would be great, too.
WOW!! Jasper!! This is absolutely adorable!! I really like this floorplan. I wish I could see it more thoroughly (in a 2D or 3D aspect). One flaw - not enough closet space in downstairs bedroom.
Excellent! When can I move in???? lol First, excellent landscaping/sounds of birds...sets the mind in the right mood to visit this lovely house. (even the plant swaying in the wind, what a nice touch!) And then you walk in. Nice entry way and cute, cozy living room. I like that you always have a bookcase and a fireplace in your living rooms. And the kitchen was fantastic! I was not at all insulted you had us eating in the kitchen zone, people have done that for centuries! Then the tucked-away bedroom downstairs, was a surprise and had everything you could want. Upstairs was a surprise too. I expected a bedroom, but you gave us a huge room for any purpose complete with a full bath and lots of closest space. My only issue with that space is I would have liked to have a door for privacy and noise control. A fantastic and reasonable design with great functionality. Makes me wish I was single again. Would be perfect for me! Great job Jasper! 😍
Every new design idea a pleasure. As mentioned before, a rare but seriously welcome treat, if one cares for books (although we'd cover some additional walls with shelves😉) - furthermore: drums in the 'attic' - can it get Eddie Vedder? 😊
So, I have a house in mind. I'll share just in case it might inspire Jasper or anyone else. This is a small-ish cabin/cottage, footprint about 24 ft x 24 ft. Simple roof with a single gable front and back. A simple front porch. There is an upstairs with about 4-foot side walls and cathedral ceilings up to the roof ridge. Across the entire back of the house downstairs, there is a living dining room with large windows looking out on woods. Entering the front door, there is an entrance hall. On the right, there is a "washroom." It has a toilet, rather large hand sink, and an open, barrier free wet-room type shower. It does have a shower curtain. The wash room borrows some space from under the stairs, and the washer and dryer are tucked under there. Past the washroom, the stairs begin to go up to the right. Half way up, there is a landing where the stairs turn 90 degrees up to the loft. The stairs are open to the living/dining area but closed off on the other side (washroom) (Or the stairs could be an L- shape with the lower portion running along the short end of the living-dining room.) On the left side of the entry, there is only a little separation from the kitchen, basically just a bit of wall with a place to hang coats on the entry side and possibly a pantry on the kitchen side. The kitchen is open to living/dining area. It's small but has all appliances and a window over the sink. It might have a small freestanding island that can be moved around. Upstairs, on the front of the house, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a small but decorative window. On the back of the house upstairs there is a sleeping loft. It has just a railing around the stairwell. There are big windows, and maybe even a balcony, overlooking the woods. There are some closets too. Now, this will not suit everyone! Two bathrooms and just one sleeping loft is extravagant, I know. I know that thtat large of a space could have more rooms. This is just my idea of a place where I would love to live.
I will always look for another solution to a laundry room when the dryer backs into an interior wall. If you are on a slab, it can't be vented down, and if you are in two stories, it can't effectively be vented up through the roof. It NEEDs to be backed to an outside wall. If you try to turn the vent hose to the side it makes the dryer stick way out into the space and will never fit in the neat little spaces you draw up. In my opinion, a laundry room needs to be a multi use space....storage for cleaning supplies, vacuums, brooms, dirty clothes, clean clothes, ironing board and iron, and for a lot of us, feeding stations for our pets and especially litter boxes for cats.
This is not a small house at all. At 1,200 square feet if you cannot get a good living room, proper dining room, eat in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, and a laundry room in there is something radically wrong with your space management. The house I grew up in was smaller than this and yes, we made do with one bathroom, but we did have all the rest in 1,000 square feet. That extra 200 would provide room for the second bathroom easily.
This is one floorplan of many. I love the openness and larger sized spaces. Jasper has other plans, and some of them have smaller rooms with more bedrooms.
You have gotten SO much better! I can’t even find suggestions anymore really. Just see how I would live in the house and how it would work for me. Or imagine my grandma living in one and how it could work for her

Very impressive. Thanks Mr. Tran. Beautiful😊

I'd put another bedroom above the garage. This is very much livable with ample storage space and yet a small footprint. Well done.
BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

Fabulous!!! Designing so much in a small space to make it luxurious!!! Bravo sir. 👏🏼💜💜
Pretty colors. Loved the windows and doors.

One word: WHOA!!!

I really like this one
This one is my fav house design so far, and I’ve looked at a lot of your videos. Love the loft space, is that a self portrait?
Lovely house.
Very nice. Is there attic space in the garage and if so, are there stairs for access?

I love this one 💕, Jasper!
Wow absolutely beautiful , this house is my new favorite ❤

Lindo demais. Um dos melhores projetos. Parabéns.
Beautiful homes but no price on anyone of the homes 👍😻🌷
It is nice. I like the steps.
I would call this the church house.❤

French country look, like it all but the wall paper
Amazing

Can you make a 9x5 house design with 4 bedrooms I really like your design I really like it thank you

Where to buy a house like this?
Up stairs ❤ down not so much😢.
😍👍
To bad it doesn't have 3 bedroom😢

I don't like the pie shaped steps, no hand rail, not enough cupboards in kitchen. Is nice otherwise.
Too small living room….
Is she beautiful house might paste I said my taste not
