Makes me cry every time. Check out “When I Get Where I’m Going”, by Dolly Parton and Brad Paisley. Bring tissue.
Love this song! its a tear jerker. ( happy tears)
You’re gonna love this. It’s the live opening for the 50th CMA awards. Spoiler: Randy Travis can sing again, kinda. ruclips.net/video/Ge407qJULE0/видео.htmlfeature=shared
@ wow, that was amazing!
@@lisazaccardimeunier8378 YES. When I Get To Where I Am Going (and the video), always makes me tear up. I have told my family that I want this played at my funeral. Because it is true and I want everyone in attendance to know it. 🙂
That is a must to do, I want that one played at my funeral.❤
When you said this was missing only one of your country crushes, I can't have been the only one saying through the screen for you to just wait, she's coming!

This was done as a 50th anniversary tribute for the County Music Association Awards in 2016, which is why they tried to gather legends like Charley Pride and Ronnie Milsap with younger artists, and blended John Denver's Take Me Home Country Roads, Willie Nelson's On the Road Again and of course Dolly's I Will Always Love You.
If you are interested in watching, there is a video on the making of this video. It was no accident that Brad Paisley opened this as he is a WV boy. Randy can make sounds but cannot talk or sing due to a massive stroke that nearly took his life back in 2013 at the age of 54.
I'll definitely be checking that out. Thanks for the info
That was beautiful! All have angelic voices!
So many and such talented entertainers!!!
Pure Americana and a shout out to John Denver!
You have such a beautiful voice I love it when you join in! Awesome reaction❤❤❤
Thank you!!!!
Dolly did write this song " I Will Always Love you "
I saw Ronnie Milsap around 1978 when I was 6. My parents took me to all sorts of cool places until my sister came along. Alabama opened for him. At one point, he got up from his piano and wandered around the stage. We were all afraid he would fall off until a security guy came and guided him back to his piano.
Is that the tour where the big screen showed him backstage, coming out without without help or something, joking as if he weren't blind? My parents took me as a child to that concert, and I can't remember exactly what all he did, but the whole room was on pins and needles and then laughing with him.
Art at it finest. You might be the first reacter that I have seen do this song and video. It is amazing. read or listen to the story behind this amazing artwork. This is Dolly's project.
Honoring their roots
Love it! Check out Carrie Underwoods Two Black Cadillacs!!
It's the last of a trilogy!! Watch 'Last name' 1st Then 'Before he cheats' THEN 'Two black Cadillac' to get the full story!!! ❤❤❤❤(Official videos of course) 😉😇
I saw this video a few years ago, I watched it on my phone. Now seeing it on a computer monitor makes it even better. Thanks for doing this reaction.
I love this song and the video is amazing. Im so happy you reacted to this! I was very impressed with the OGs you knew!!!
This was not a tribute to any one artist but to Country music in general! Brad Paisley does a similar song called "This is Country and We do" which pays tribute to the greats and even refers to cancer! I can't afford on a fixed income to pay people for requests! So, there is that! Love your channel and reactions from an old woman in the South!
It was produced specifically for the 50th annual CMA awards. But, it was so good, it won video of the year at the ACM awards
✨Queen Mother Goddess SUPREME Dolly Parton 😭😭😭🙌
I watch your reactions and wanted to say hearing you sing along, you have a beautiful voice.
Sweet! I was recommending this one a few weeks ago.
I've seen this hundreds of times, and it still chokes me up; especially with Randy Travis
I wish I could give more than one like. Great song, great reaction!
Great reaction man!
Your voice though! Love when you sing along, awesome reaction!
What a monumental collaboration! This is my introduction to this wonderful Medley/Mashup. Thanks so much. It was amazing!
❤❤❤
Randy had a stroke that's what took his voice
Love. The music and the video
Props to you Krizz, I love when you can't resist singing along, great harmonizing 🎵🎤🎶
Holy cow i absolutely love your reaction! I love this video!
love this soo much...great songs from some awesome artists
this warms my heart.
Randy Travis had a stroke a few years ago.
Always loved this video
@3:05 The Hoodbullys. Yes sir. Cant wait until you react to those. How is he doing by rhe way!! ? Colt? Krizz your stuff is off the chain.
I really enjoy watching your reaction videos primarily because of the diversity of music you react to. Growing up in the 90's/2000's listening to the best of the best in r&b/hip hop and rap was the best. R&B/rap and Spanish music are my first loves but I do listen to all genres. The BEST is a track that combines hip hop with Spanish! Not sure how many people are aware that Snoop is at least 10% Mexican 😂😂😂. He is very open about his love of Spanish music and has so many colabs he's done with Spanish artist. He showed love and did a tribute when a legend in the Spanish genre (Vicente Fernandez) passed. Here's a couple I hope you will consider reacting to: Artist -Aleman Track - "Mi Tio Snoop" , Artist - Banda MS feat. Snoop Track - "Que Maldicion"
I met Dolly at The Grand Ol Orpry when i was a kid. It use to b a great place to go. I also met Minne Pearl. What a time to be alive. The 70's & 80's were the best.
Awesomeness 🎉🎉
@5:53. Yes sir it was Ronnie Milsap. You noticed Charlie Pride too.
Thank you for sharing this gem with us. Fabulous video, wonderful country performances🔥♥️
5:01 - I'm sure others have already told you why Randy can't sing. But a few months ago, he finally put out a new track for the first time since before his stroke. They used another singer and used AI to change his voice to Randy's voice. There's a video where they kinda show the process. I think the song is called "Where That Came From".
I recall seeing a clip of the late Charlie Daniels talking to an emotional Randy off stage somewhere. Charlie basically said, "I know you want to be able to sing again. Do you want to be able to sing again?" And Randy, who was visually emotional, nodded yes. Then Charlie started praying for him.
And in a strange kinda way, Randy kinda is "singing" again after all of these years.
Snoop and Dre did a promo movie for their canned cocktail Gin and Juice and it also starred the country/rock star Hardy who did a country cover of Jin and Juice.
Linda Ronstadt also has had her singing voice taken away back in 2012 due to Parkinson's disease.
***ROCKSTAR*** Must check out Dolly's recent album of rock song covers that she always wanted to do. Some of the songs feature duets with the original artists. Every Dolly fan needs to hear them all!
Yes, that was Ronnie Milsap, and yes, I think it would absolutely be devastating to have your passion and livelihood taken away from you. I don't know if you know, but a similar thing happened to Linda Ronstadt. She also can no longer sing because of an illness (PSP).
Absolutely Beautiful! Love It!
Keep up the good work bro
It's a who's who list of everyone country. So beautiful. ❤❤❤
This made me cry when I first heard it when it came out.❤❤❤❤
I LOVE this but it has never made me sad or cry lol.
Peace, Love!!
More country music videos to check out Who's gonna fill their shoes by George Jones. All my rowdy friends are coming over tonight by Hank Williams Jr and lastly there is a video from the 2019 CMA awards called women of country
That's a tearjerker.
Classic 😊
I love all gengres of music!❤❤I love the beautiful song s! And any so g that tells me a story!!❤
Dolly did a rock and roll album full of duets and it absolutely rocks and rolls! You should check it out
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
❤👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤ BEAUTIFUL
What's NOT to enjoy about a group of Epic Country Stars combining their voices on this familiar music. Very well done. Thanks Kali. Also,is it possible that they used an old clip of Randy Travis instead of him risking whatever voice he has left?? That seems more sensible to me. Just wondering....?
A beautiful John Denver song
Wow, never saw this. :)
❤❤❤
Something you should check out is Travis Tritt - Old Outlaws Like Us
It also features Hank Jr. and Waylon Jennings. It is also a diss to Billy Ray Cyrus as the two were beefing at the time
I don’t listen to country at all, but somehow I knew almost everyone in there. Was Shania’s Twain in there? Don’t recall seeing her.
Everytime l see this video l wish they would have put more of the OG of Country. It would have been nice to see included
Loretta Lynn,
The Statler Brothers,
Roy Clark,
Donna Fargo,
Barbara Mandrell,
Bill Anderson,
Bobbie Bare,
Crystal Gayle,
Hank Jr,
Jeanne Pruett,
Billy "Crash" Craddock,
The Oak Ridge Boys,
Janie Fricke to name just a few. But l guess we're lucky to get who we got.
I have always liked you, but I love you now!
I’ve got two people tattooed on my body….. you and Dolly Parton❣️🥰🥰🥰
Every single moment in life I keep it Kind Like Kali and ask What would Dolly Do? 🫶✨♾️
Check out Playing For Change. So many to choose from
I'm surprised and happy that ypu recognized Ronnie Millsap.
Unfortunately a lot people keep requesting songs like this one to reactors who have no familiarity with the majority of these singers, thus kinda ruins their experience and cheapens the reaction for the rest of us, compared to what it could've been had they not requested it until after they've been exposed to these artists.
You should really react to some of Dolly's covers. I would suggest her cover of Shine.
Check out who's going to fill their shoes George Jones.
Oh what a lovely reaction. Randy lost the ability to sing due to a stroke.
It had Brad Paisley Tim McGraw Faith Hill, Alan Jackson George strait, Ronnie Milssps, Keith Urban lady A , rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, Trisha yearwood, Martina McBride, Luke Bryan, Reba McEntire, Alabama,Dierks Bentley, Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker, Willie Nelson, is Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Randy Travis, Vince Gill, Dolly Parton
Never seen you do any Eric Church yet. You definitely need to check him out. Also check out Ashley McBryde
Yes, it was Ronnie Milsap. You should react to some Little Big Town
❤️🩹This is so beautiful 🥹😭🙌
You ought to watch Randy Travis on a episode of the TV show Matlock
Randy Travis had a stroke in 2013.
If you like this one with a lot of old & young country singers the like up Will the circle be unbroken/ vol.2 Nitty Gritty dirt Band / with Johnny Cash / Ricky Skaggs it has a lot more old country singers in it. The was was written in 1920 by the carter's
What song did you do with Luke Bryan Krizz?
I would love to listen to it :)
Randy Travis had a stroke.
They had every kind of g except the Bee gees lol
A stroke from alcoholism is what took his voice, unfortunately.
PLEASE REACT TO STAN WALKER - I AM!!!

Randy Travis can't talk well or sing and can harldey walk after his stroke left him partially paralyzed 😢 which occurs frequently in stroke victims.
Randy had a very bad stroke
