This time, we were ready to pay but got curious about attending a timeshare-style presentation. Big mistake-never again! It ate up so much of our day and time. I would have much rather spent that time relaxing by the pool or at the beach.

The Preferred Club at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen offers upgraded rooms and additional perks like access to the Observatory, which provides amazing views and a more exclusive experience. If you booked a regular room, you can absolutely upgrade to Preferred if you’d like. You can check with the front desk or concierge when you arrive or during your stay to see if it’s available for an extra charge. Hope that helps and enjoy your trip!

I did the regular room should i have done preferred to get the observatory ? Can you get it anyway or pay extra?
