Damn they were working on RibbonFET almost a decade ago

Yea they were. But that’s how long it takes to move from conception to market. Imec has already demonstrated two things beyond ribbon fet or GAAT that I’m aware of. ForkFET and another I can’t recall. WaveFET maybe?
