Great content. Long story short, I have adapted Ryder Carroll's The Bullet Journal so I can have tracked my sewing days. I just reviewed fall 2021 & 2022, and found that my life as a football widow makes football season my most productive sewing time.

I Luuuurve making home accessories from scraps etc. I find it so much easier than pattern things, 😂😅😅. The only dressmaking garment that I’ve made are a pjs shorts, that came out brilliantly 🎉🎉. So I’m looking into making a full pj set 😅 hopefully. I do have the fabric already but scared of going wrong 😂😂. Love the bucket hat. Shall try that too soon . Thank you for all of your ideas, I learn so much from your videos. 😂
I have just the video for your Pj set - it is so easy! And of course it does not have to be Pj set, it can be just a top and just shorts :) - ruclips.net/video/grLSpQ-G74Q/видео.html
Great ideas. ❤️ My husband likes to wear bucket hats. He has some that are reversible because, like you said, "double the fabric for inside/outside of the hat."
Eh linen is only not soft until it’s been washed a few times and the more you wash it the softer the fabric gets (she says while wearing a linen dress with pockets). And then I got the point where you said the same!! (Edited to add this)
Hi. I am learning to make zipper pillowcases for my two couch throw pillows, curtains, and throw/lap quilts. I plan to use small holiday/seasonal fabrics I have to change for different occasions. Looks nice, useful, and takes up very little space to store. Have a nice day and thank you for all your videos.
Yep :) I have plenty of tutorials on the channel for those and usually for my size it is only 1 yd, but it all depends on the print (as well as the 2 way or 4 way stretch), if the print is directional or not and how the pattern is cut as well :)
Have you ever made a neck roll out of a hand towel? Super easy and you can find ones with cross-stitch fabric to make it easier to monogram. Great for folx who take a lot of baths!
I made them :) I originally made my own buttons and then had a bit left to make zipper pulls, here's the video - ruclips.net/video/CSwc7fgvMC0/видео.html
Kisha, hello there! I do not, but it is basically the flat zipper pouch that I linked in the description, the only extra step is to do boxed corners, like on the bucket with handles, and that's it :)
Do you have a video with the apron made with the strips of fabric including joining the strips of fabric? I clicked on the apron link in the description and it was a different apron. Thank you
Thank you Alicia for all the ideas! I am adding the bucket hat and oven mitts to my “next projects” list 😊. With very limited fabric (thrifted) I recently made a summer top. Because I didn’t have enough for the full length of my garment I crocheted the shoulder straps and a hem for the bottom. The end result is great. Another idea you can make with remnants is a « sac à tarte ou à gâteau » (a pie/cake bag) which one of my cousins in France made for me. It would be a great idea for Thanksgiving: you arrive carrying a homemade dessert in a homemade bag for your host! Link here, which I haven’t tested, but it should give you an idea what the bag looks like. ruclips.net/video/hZZVPxTGNXw/видео.html Again, thank you so much! P-S: do you have a tutorial for a neck pillow? That would also work with remnants, wouldn’t it?
Hello there and thank you! Now via applique, but it is very easy. I have a video on how to do it, look up " 3 color block t shirts thoughtful creativity" and you will find it :)
Mmmm.... let me ask you if there is any significance behind it being lined with clear vinyl? Or do you want the whole thing to be in clear vinyl? I haven't tried making it in that, so you will have to experiment. You can watch the tutorial and see if the steps would be appropriate for the material of your choice and then you can make necessary adjustments
@@susansams1027 hmmm... Maybe, but it is fine as it is for us :) I don't see much damage, but if there is any you want to get rid of it - usually a piece of paper and a hot iron will help with getting wax out.

You're the only person I've seen who looks so cute in a balaclava!
Good afternoon Alisha 😊

Great ideas thanks I make pillow cases for my elbow pillow
Thank you so much for these ideas. I have so many scrap fabrics I didn't know what to do with them lol
My pleasure! I have a full series on my channel about using your fabric scraps! In fact the t-shirt I am wearing in this video is from that series :)
Hello Alisa 😊 I love making French seamed pillow cases and it takes a yard each. They wash beautifully and always hold together so much better.
Oh yes, absolutely! Wonderful idea!
The balaclava would be ideal under a cycle helmet for the colder months and I've got just the ideal piece of jersey
Exactly! :)
Such a great idea

@@ThoughtfulCreativity thank you 😊 😊, I will check it out.
You’re so thoughtful and talented 😊
Just finished using up some scraps making a zip-around wallet. Nice to finally have a wallet designed exactly the way I want it!
Love your videos!😊
