First time I watch in a review the comparison among semi-open design and closed design, it was very illustrative about the feeling when using closed design earbuds. For me that makes a huge difference and I would go for the 85T just because of the semi-open design.

If you manually install 4.6 version of Jabra sound+ app, then u get a slider for ANC even for 75t. Not that I use the slider a lot but a nice option to have
Guys I don't agree with you, I have had active 75 t for 2 days now, its upgraded with its latest firmware.During a call the person on the other end couldn't hear the conversation well it either sounded muffled or broke up with some words.how ever good its may sound when listening to music its just a POOR equipment if it can't handle both music and phone calls well . And as for the battery I didnt get much of the time said of 7 hrs

Are the 85T's like the 75T's in that they primarily connect through the right earbud? To me, that's been the greatest shortcoming of the Jabra Elites but its an understandable trade-off for the multiple device connectivity.

What do you think which one should be better or some other earbuds? I speak on phone alot in my work, but I also like to go for run or hiking. Nowdays I've Jaybird Vista and I'm a little bit worried about that Jabra's can't use separately, like Vista's can. But is it problem in long run? Vista have good water resistance, but mics are really bad and speaking with those feels like you put fingers in your ears and then speak..
9:57 ? You can switch from ANC ON ,to OFF and then to Transparency mode on the 75Ts with the left ear bud button? I also noticed a couple of instances where they (I bought the 75Ts) lost connection for a split second when I turned my head, even though my phone was in my pocket very close by. I also noticed a slight hissing sounds especially in the left ear bud. I have tinnitus, so I was surprised that I was able to hear that. Otherwise I was pleasently surprised with the sound quality of the 75Ts. Really clear and accurate, even if it is a busy rock/metal song. You can also hear changes in the mixing or panning quite clearly. If the producer changed settings or they made changes in the panning you will notice it, which is impressive.

If you had to choose between these two and you want to drown out the music in the gym then go for the 85T since it has relatively better ANC compared to the 75T.

I own the Momentum 2's, and they are not optimal for cycling. The wind sound from moving in a higher speed takes away a lot of sound quality for me. Cycling on country roads with wireless earplugs doesn't feel safe either, both in terms of my own security and also because it would be almost impossible to find them if they dropped and bounced off the road (which is likely).
@@es5679 I cycle with only one earbud and the ear closest to traffic I have open. I used the old Bose Soundsport Free and they worked well, but they were put in the laundry and looking for something new. Never any issues with them falling out though. Thanks for the help!

Using the left one in its own is not a deal breaker for us. We do like everything else the Jabra provides - phone calls are outstanding.

The 85t is waterproof and dust proof as well so why did you say if you want those features, stick with the 75t when the 85t does have that
85T is IPX4 rated and hence not dust proof nor can they be immersed in water. The Active 75T does have all that because it’s IP57 rated.

For working out and especially annoying burpees 😁 - we’d suggest the Elite 75T active. They give a more secure fit!

Depends on the mobile app version. 4.6 version has anc slider for 75ts .... Upgrading to 4.7 version the slider disappears
