This is one of my favorite pieces of all time. Words and music are very powerful-it makes the waterworks start. It's incredibly enjoyable to sing, but also quite challenging. Of course, let it up to Cantus to make sure they blow it out of the water!

Bass singers will always be my favorite. The way that all of the lower notes combine is just so magical to me. This piece is one of the best that bring that to life.

I first saw Cantus at Rowan University’s young men’s choral festival. A couple years after that I performed this piece in NJ’s all state choir and it’s been my favorite piece every since. So cool to see an amazing group perform my favorite piece!
