Can’t you be in Hyperarousal but in your head ? I have little energy (CFS) doing things because I am constantly consumed inside my head with anxiety and thoughts and planning and constantly consumed and exhausted by that internal state. My mind is go go go but my body is “stay here you have no energy to move”. I got very confused at the end at the separation between hypo arousal and hyper arousal. I think it’s not clear cut. Am I getting something wrong?

I’ve had sleep problems for just over a year now. I had vertigo for 7 weeks. I’ve got sleep anxiety I think because I was afraid to fall asleep because when I woke up I got dizzy. Can this be helped with neuro feedback 🤔
