@@DALLMYD Hey that piece of the ship might of came from when it sank or broke in 2 or had rusted and the shipwreck disappeared except for that piece but maybe it was a big freighter or a small freighter

I went on a cruise around there, and this was one of the spots. There is a way to get in. At the top, there is a place where you can remove the top. There is just a bunch of metal and It is super cool

When you are on beaches an or diving rem ember this every seashell in tack whether it's conks,muscles,or funny shaped ones every shell grows beautiful PEARLS I'd love to see you find some an take the chance an I'm curious of the sizes you find. the bigger the shell the more pearls inside
Fairly sure hermit crabs and snails don’t make pearls that’s clams that do that

Pretty sure not every shell grow pearls and atleast were im from the shells that do grow pearls are illegal to keep/kill. Because people kill them for sed pearls :/
You really shouldn't take intact shells because hermits crab do actually change their shells as they get bigger. You should leave them for them to use later.

DALLMYD is such a hero! First of all, if he finds something valuable that somebody lost, he doesn’t take it for himself, he returns them to their rightful owners. Second, he once volunteered on a search party (I think it was to look for 2 lost bodies) and he has saved life’s before! Third, in this video, he helped the Earth by picking trash. This is just absolutely amazing, keep up the good work, DALLMYD!!
He didnt volunteer at all. He went down the river, talked to the people that were actually involved, and then he was proclaimed a hero by people who didn't even watched the video and just read the title.

The ship is literally crashed on the beach and no one survived when it sunk. That is Safety.

Most likely it was the SS El Faro which sunk in 2015 during Hurricane Joaquin

@@Angryginger2421 I'm not sure. There are handrails on both sides which means it's probably the full width of the original vessel. The fact that there isn't an opening on the side opposite the deck indicates to me that the original vessel wasn't that high, either. I think this is the midships section of a deck barge that broke up and the sealed center section drifted ashore.

I freedived around grand caymen, dont go to the area where a lot of tourists go. a lot of the coral is dead and fish are scarce, eastside and northside of the island is much better

Hey, I don't really comment on many of your videos, but I just wanted to let you know once again that I really appreciate how you go on all these amazing adventures and still take the time to perform basic acts of kindness like picking up trash. I know it's a weird thing for me to say at such a random time, but it means a lot to me. Most people would just walk right by and continue on their way, but then you who have millions of people who follow you and bigger things to do than pick up others' trash do so so freely. Thank you.
I'm just going to say to Jake and his team: I appreciate you guys doing what you do. You help clean up the environment while having fun, and you let other people have fun by making videos for them to watch. I'm not going to say I've been a subscriber for a while, because I haven't, but right away I got hooked. Please keep doing what you guys do.
This is very interesting! My friend passed away a few years back on a cargo ship quite similar to this piece of one. It’s was called the El faro and no one survived. Thanks for the interesting video DALLMYD!

Good on you for picking up trash! When my husband I go metal detecting on the beach, we pick up loads of trash, including a pair of socks not found together, a bed dust ruffle (!), and a buried garbage can. It’s everyone’s job to not only pick up litter, but to stop littering to begin with. 👍🏻👏🏻😃
