Hi, good explanation but actually you are missing the most important thing and the most trouble thing for everybody which is how actually to use the profiles and memory. I still can't find a good explanation and instruction and it is unbelievable for people that spent so much money not having a good tutorial or manual.
Same issue here. I am creating a lightning profile, assign it to a M key, go onboard memory and when I switch to that M key the keys do not light up at all. Only when I use the default lightning of that M keys light up. Have you managed to use M keys with lightning and onboard memory? I recently bought a G815 and wondering if something is wrong with the one I bought.

After watching your video I learned about all the fantastic light functions and I will be putting the macros to very good use plugging in some routine legal wording I have to use all the time. worked one day the next day flashes and stoped working. turning it off and on and it wont power on at all wired or wireless. got to love those 220€ wasted on it. missing my razer chroma ultimate already.

wow, there is no idividual settings for the colors? This is the most expensive keyboard on the market right? Are there other Keyboards, which support colors, that I can set for each key individually? I want to make presets for each application that I am using, so its easier to find my shortcuts..... thanks for the great video
This software is very confusing to use. My rating only for the software is 2 out of 10. You can use the physical profiles shortcut keys for your custom made presets only in hardware mode. If you switch to software mode where you can actually edit/create profiles then the shortcut keys can not be use and have to mouse click every time if you want to change a profile going deep into software (because of daytime, mood, activity etc.). Creating fixed color profile is confusing. When you click a key, a new color is made and you can not undo that. It gets real messy fast assuming you have more than 100 keys. If you want to use some of the already integrated profiles and edit it a bit (e.g. change rate) you can't save them or use as a base to create a custom one and if you switch to some other profile that setting is lost. Knowing that creating a fixed profile is anxious, creating animated one is few times that. Sorry but for one of the most expensive products in their niche there, neglecting the software in '22 is a type of mockery. Since that G-Hub software covers also others of their products, it mess them up too - in my case I can't edit the hardware settings (not that I want to) of the G502 mouse I've been using for years. For that I need to switch to software, to create new profile(s) and export them in hardware mode. But I'm not brave enough to reset my hardware mouse settings. Don't want to use that nightmare software.
Great Video. very helpful. I have a couple questions. can I set up the my back to stay in one solid color while in bluetooth mode without using the G915 Dongle? I intend to use this primarily at work and I don't want the fully array of RGB to be displayed. and my second question is if I can set this keyboard in one solid color while in bluetooth only mode will I be able to choose what color that will be or are there only default colors to choose from?
Is there any way to assign the Volume Scroll Wheel to another key? Would love to use it for "Arrow Up & Arrow Down" to replace my Logitech Advance Craft Keyboard's dial.

@@BeratKorkmazPoTaToe You can't add any effects there besides the color you want, and you can't even put those settings on the keyboard because it's extremely buggy.
thanks for the video, very helpful! just got my keyboard today as a gift and i'm absolutely loving it. i just was wondering if there's a way to save the scheme of colors i want with the preset effects. everytime i close the aplication, the colors go back to original ones. i know you can save the colors individually, but having to enter the app every time i turn the computer on is kinda annoying :(

thank you for your video. unfortunately it does not go into the detail required for me to program my onboard setttings for when i cant log into ghub. there are supposed to be 3 settings that preset the light scheme and when i set one it over writes the others so i basically have 3 buttons (M1-M3) that all do the same thing. not sure if i am just setting it wrong or if i have a defective board.
So i want to highlight buttons im using in game only with certain colors but when I go in the game the keyboard fades to almost a black and its not anything like I set up any tips?
Hi, I got a question that I hope you can answer. I got a Logitech G502 mouse and thinking of getting a G keyboard. However when using the G Hub for the mouse, the macros dont save on the onboard memory. I am wondering if it is the same for the keyboard?

I find it so sad that on a 272 dollar you can only set macros on those side keys and not on all the other keys like on the corsair keyboards, I need to set the windows key as ctrl+alt+shift and the fn key as alt+shift to use as modifier keys for premiere pro, I was hoping I could do that on one of the logitech keyboards since I can do it on the g 502 mouse but apparently that's not an option yet

My Logitech g915 has just given up changing from the desktop and game profile. Now if I change the freestyle on one profile, it changes on the other profile as well. When I start up a game sometimes it lights up random keys that I haven't selected too. I've had it less than a month and the first few weeks were great. I'm guessing they messed it up with an update.
I have a question, when I am in on-board memory mode the G keys do not work except one (G3), but when I am out of on-board memory mode every key is working fine. Can anyone help ??

I use this for work and play but my work laptop I can’t download the grub so I need to use my pc to download all the hot keys but I don’t know how to save them to the onboard so I can use them on my work laptop which is what I really need the hot keys for like shift f-5 is f-17 I want to make hot key g1 and so on. I just got this same keyboard and I love it. I’m having issues mapping the Alt key to Command when it’s connected to my Mac Via Bluetooth. Have you been able to use Modifier keys in the Mac Keyboard settings? I also noticed when connected via Bluetooth on my Mac, the G hub software doesn’t recognize it other 😒
Would you know how to fix the lightning speed connectivity issue? I have the dongle in via a USB-A to USB-C adapter as I'm using a MacBook Pro but it doesn't work? I've tried reinstalling and nothing. When plugged in and I boot up the G Hub my TKL is listed under 'My Gears' but faded & says 'CONNECTING' but it never does. I have to use bluetooth mode but it limits my ability to make desired changes to the lighting of my TKL version. Any help will be greatly appreciated! :D

It seems that the G Keys dont carry over to on board memory. Does anyone have the same issue?

how did you make it on mac? I cannot change LIGHSYNC/freestyle option, it's grayed. Can do it only on Windows
