Great explanation. We learnt from our last cruise not to get a cabin next to crew stairs or if don’t know what is the other side of cabin wall on the deck plan. I would love to be under the food court because it would wake me to eat. Under the pool deck I'd have cues of happenings in that area. Sounds like a win all around.

Seasickness and motion sickness are totally different. The ship move 100% of the time no matter what deck your on.
Seasickness is a type of motion sickness, no? And the upper decks definitely roll more.
