How fancy are the fancy dinner nights? Black tie?

This is really helpful! What would be the quietest area on a ship? So away from engine, pool, buffet. Money isn’t an issue, happy to pay extra to get best room for quiet. Any recommendations?

We will also be traveling on this ship as a family. Do you have any suggestions for us regarding the ship?

It all started when my mom started going on cruises when she came back she always said how much fun it is and showed me lots of pictures when I saw them I told her I would love to try a cruise that’s when in 2018 when I went on the freedom of the seas with her and my oldest niece I had a super wonderful time that’s when my cruising journey started I fell in love with it since

I recently discover that this ship is the very first of the Lirica class, from which all other 4 ships are owned by MSC. It's fascinating to see that this one, built prior to the four others and also the smallest, is still in service nowadays. And it looks very good. Thanks for the tour !

Quantum was horrible. We were on her just three weeks ago. Very disappointed there was no beautiful main dining room, just two small dark restaurants , people squashed in and the food was very mediocre. Are they doing without a main dining room hoping more people will visit the paying restaurants, if so it won’t work, people simply eat at the windjammer instead. Having said that the desserts were ridiculously tiny, domino sized slices of cake with fake cream, ugh, what’s happened. I now choose Celebrity over RCC, They have lost us now.

I’ve been on Navigator, Ovation and Oasis…believe it or not, I actually had my lesser experience on Oasis…and it was still fun…the ship was just showing the signs of age.

It is princess not worth the trip,Royal has the class,princess decor is not interesting very dull, I feel princess needs to re monderize their whole fleet,with ‘ differen’t colours,and change their outlay I will stick with Royal much better design!

Been on the Celebration, Mardi Gras, Magic, Dream, Valor, Miracle and the Paradise. Carnival Valor is my favorite, it’s not too big, not too small and overall had a great experience. Miracle is my least favorite, mostly because the food was terrible and the experience was just meh. The other ships were great, no complaints. Paradise may be old and small, but the staff is great, as well as the shows. Been on her several times mainly because I live so close to its home port. Only complaint is somehow every time we sail on her, the entire floor our cabin is on smells like weed 😂. Every time. Without fail. 🤷‍♂️

Great video which gave me a real flavour of what was on offer in just 5 minutes and I love the idea of 700 passengers rather than 5-6000 of the modern giants. Definitely going to look into Azamara further.

Princess has changed the Sanctuary concept. It is no longer available to everyone for an additional price. It is now a premier booking with the Sanctuary Club and only those who've booked it may take advantage of it. It has become more of a "ship within a ship" concept. Very disappointing for avid Princess cruisers like myself - but it is what it is.

You have a great production manner really watchable

Had a solo cruise on "A" Cruise line and negative drinks package it worked out at £25 per night FULL BOARD, CABIN SERVICE, BED MADE, HOT WATER SHOWERS, FULL ENTERTAINMENT, GOOD COMPANY, WARMTH AND LIGHT, In a basicHotel it would cost eitht times that. (Fly in the ointment is getting to the ship)

Sailed back from NY on QM2 and I was worried about the poshness and oldness of people. We actually started a facebook group for people on the cruise before we went. over 100 people joined and when on board it was lovely to have people to meet up with and nod too in passing. It looks posh and I did dress up but you can at any point just go to the buffet. Also you never went to the pub ? there was great folk group on our voyage and we shut down the night club most nights. We loved it so much were doing it again in November.

Explorer of the seas just got a renovation and I haven’t read any negative reviews to put it on the worse ships.

Sailed on the Radiance last week. Enjoyed the food and entertainment, crew was fantastic and helpful too.

After 27 years at sea in the merchant marine I thought I would have no desire to go back. This pretty English lass has changed my mind. Don't like mongoloids blacks, browns as help there in the cruise where there is NO law. Morever, they destroy the luxury feeling and experience. Their movements are not trained and refined.

I’m on a few RC Facebook forums and it’s hilarious what people complain about, so I take peoples reviews with a huge pinch of salt. I’ve sailed on Vision and Brilliance which are towards the bottom of your list and we had a great holidays.

Carnival Dream been on it 7 times. Great
