This is absolutely stunning and I cannot believe you’re giving us a free tutorial on how to make it!! I’m very new to sewing and my goal is to see this one day!! I also think in a white silk fabric, and floor length this would be a bomb wedding dress!! X
ok i don't know how to drape, but how you explain sounds so easy,I have a client that needs that cowl waist too on her lower back, and your tutorial is going to be of so much help, thank you💗💗💗
Hey Tracy! So good! My second try on this worked much better. I would like to suggest to not have music in the background. It is competing with your voice and it is super distracting. You are amazing. Thank you for putting up so many videos to help me make so many things I love!
Hey Tracy 🥺 I really love your videos and the dresses you make I want to make them too but your tutorials are very hard to understand for beginners 🥺 Can you please do a simple diy for beginners 🥺💖
This is so well explained thank you so much and beautiful dress, I’m going to use this as help for my own designs🤍 would it be possible for you to make a video on everything to do with boning/corset in a dress
The only clothing I’ve made is a pair of joggers (I love them), but I’m curious about draping and flat pattern making. That green silk is BEAUTIFUL, but I was holding my breath while watching you trim the excess 😂. Are you usually able to do other things with the excess?,
Hi!! Your video is amazing ! It's m'y first sewing project and i wanted to know if you can cut your silk in the fold? Because i Heard it isn't a great thing but i dont really Know. Thank you very much, ❤️
No worries not a dumb question, I will be posting the how to sew it together video sometime next week. It’s a complex dress. If you check out my previous silk dress I show you how to sew it!
its beautiful...but I'm hurting inside if this is pure silk charmeuse that you are using for draping...I'm personally too precious about expensive and high quality fabrics.

Hii.. do you usually have hole marks after pulling out the small needles? 🌷
do you use the fabric you draped to sew the final garment? or do you cut new pieces?
I cut new pieces for the final dress but I reuse the draped fabric to create smaller projects out of silk
Do you have the pattern for this dress on your Etsy?
Not yet it will be coming soon!
Where did you get your dress form? Did you have it custom made for you?
No it’s not custom it is from Etsy seller royal dress forms I have the Monica in light beige. They have a variety of sizes.
How do you sew the dress after draping sorry if thats a dumb question haha
