It´s more then a military parade, more likely an aggressive taunt, which does not exclude contact and fighting with the enemy.

The archaic "Feindflug" is like many other terms impossible to translate, at least I don't know any fitting translation. Back in WW2 Feindflug was used to name an offensive by air over the enemies territory ;)
