You beat me too it. I'm so envious of Jeff's bass. He can hit a good 2-3 notes below what I can. I love an epic deep bass like that. So good! Geoff Castellucci is another great whose voice I admire, though not Southern Gospel.
Lib Caroline has and ever shall be a minister in song anointed by the Holy Spirit, and I believe the Perrys are too. Many have come through trails and heart being broken, down to where they cried out for help, because of the songs they are, and have song. Troy Peach is another one who is anointed. I've seen him over the years with the Perrys draw closer to the Lord. Miss you Brother!
That'd be Brother Loren Harris. Years ago, he used to be the Lead Singer for-You guessed it!-The Perrys!!! Just think:One of these days, we're gonna get to be caught up from our own Damascus Road... Straight up into Heaven! Our old Mortal bodies are going to be Transformed in the blink of an eye, and we'll be changed in the twinkling of an eye to Immortal bodies! Glory to God Forevermore!!! Hallelujah to the Sweet Lamb of God Forever!!! I'm excited to go to Heaven!!! Anybody (Jesus) that died for me, is DEFINITELY worth living for!!!✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️
If I'm blind to his will for me, Then I'll wait to be shown; And like Paul, I'll have an answer too, At the end of Damascus Road I've been walking down Damascus Road, And I've carried many cares; To the place where I am waiting now, Till the master tells me where to go from here. I'm learning Grace I thought I'd never have, And how to wait upon the lord; The Answer's sweet, I think it's just in sight, At the end of Damascus Road. I've been walking down Damascus Road, And I've carried many cares; To the place where I am waiting now, Till the master tells me where to go from here. I've been walking down Damascus Road, And I've carried many cares; To the place where I am waiting now, Till the master tells me where to go from here.
I must say I was a bit disappointed in hearing Arthur basically Diss the Perrys with his comment about a REAL quartet.I LOVE Both versions but if I am had to pick a favorite it would be THE PERRYS version every time and believe me when I tell you I LOVE the Kingdom Heirs
Well, quartets fun with each other from time to time which doesn't bother me I don't think Arthur meant any ill will, but The Perrys did this very well too with Tracy Stuffle, but I wish they would consider adding a real bass singer the son isn't getting it done and I really do miss the true bass singing part The Perry's of 2019 need and I mean no ill will at all with my comment.
@@mikegrissom1459 I dont disagree with you, I just dont like the "REAL Quartet comment, and I am sure Arthur didnt mean it that way and who knows, he probably commented on it at some other time
It was all in good fun because he knew they were joining him for the big finale! You can see Troy Peach and Andrew Goldman on stage with them for the final chorus
From the dynamic lead of Loren Harris to sub rumbler Jeff Chapman, THIS, is a quartet singing clinic. THIS is how it’s done!
Rick, from one Sexton to another, I couldn't agree with you more. My favorite quartet right now. Blessings!

I love this song ❤
Damascus Road was written on December 2, 2021. It was written by Ivan Parker and I on our 49th anniversary.
I love kingdom heirs!!!! But I have so many favorites I can’t name them all

This was the pinnacle of the Kingdom Heirs
What a great song. This baritone has a great voice. The quartet is a blessing

This is one of my favorite all time songs sung by anybody. The Kingdom Heirs do a fantastic job!
Wow. 😮. ❤

Just finding these great songs from the Kingdom Heirs. What a blessing to listen!
That is some wholesome bass singing there Jeff Chapman!! Great rendition of a Perry’s great!!
Sometimes, it doesn't seem like the Kingdom Heirs without Steve French. May God rest his soul.
This is "one of those songs" and it's performed awesomely. Perrys were great with it, but this just takes it up several notches.
wonderful song, wonderful group. beautiful, done so well.
This is my favorite version of the Kingdom Heirs. It's just not the same without Jerry and Arthur.

I don't think he's "dissing" anybody. He's complimenting them and having some fun. I bet the Perrys are his friends.
i dont think the perrys would have come on stage with them at the end if was a disrespect just sayn
Perry’s are a real quartet. Their better on this any day!!
That was a joke. The Perry's joined them at the end.
Rather hear the Perry’s any day.
Anybody else want to cut the sleeves and tie off the drummer, that look doesn't work.
Why... No, The Quartet when they STARTED always matched why change it now?
