Haha with the Stearman and Chippie and co, you were stood next to me lol. My video of the day is out Saturday, so maybe have a look to see if you are in mine! Great video nevertheless!
@@shadowwings8005 Absolutely. I had some good leather cushions made but after two hours my back is in bits! Planning to take her on a three day trip down to the West Country in a couple of weeks with the Halton Flying Club. Over 8 hours of flying planned. Will definitely need to see the chiropractor after that!
For Christs sake don’t buy a Europa they are horrid things. Old adage ‘if it looks right etc ‘ and they don’t and horirid horrid things to work on. Stick to your lovely Jodel and enjoy a proper aeroplane.
@@shadowwings8005 You need the taller cabin version and nose wheel. If it has a 912 with Turbo and wobbly prop it will fly nice but...The turbo gets seriously hot on taxi. The fuel pipes run through the fuselage construction and are a devil to replace, the whole fuel system is over complicated. You can pull the wings and tailplane off. A complex but handy tourer. not the easiest to maintain.
Many years ago I used to fly a D112, G-DAVE from a farm strip in Lincolnshire. Yorkshire and Norfolk were the usual destinations.
I remember G-DAVE being at Crowland in the mid 90's onwards.
@@dave1981sam When I used to fly it, it was based at Dave Porter's strip at Temple Bruer.
Was there in BANU in Saturday.

Nice movie. RE: Europa - you will be welcome in the Europa Club, the help network is second to none.
@@ideas66 thank you, I have never flown in one but have always loved the design
Nice video. I was there in G-BKAO, very similar to yours. Where did you get your Jodel logo on your rudder? I would love to get something similar.
@@1976PEZZA it was already on there when I bought it, I do make vinyl signs though so I could probably make you something similar in vinyl
@@shadowwings8005 that would be wonderful thx.
@@1976PEZZAAre your seats as uncomfortable as mine? I get out looking like Albert Steptoe lol

really you don't think they look right? Everything I have read or heard about them is how nicely they fly
