I really enjoyed my stay

We stayed there for three nights last year. We absolutely loved it, it's a great hotel and we will return.

Yes it was a good breakfast there was also cereals behind me but I couldn't show it as couldn't get guests on camera without permission
After working in a 4 star hotel for 18 years before retiring I love the " nice" hotel reviews, nothing is better than a stay in a quality establishment. Glad you enjoyed yourself it was well deserved for being a great Mum.Think this is the best review you have done regarding hotels ,professional editing too. Although we cant holiday at the moment cos of elderly dog its somewhere I would like to visit in the future, prices are good too.They will have cctv guaranteed Katie they will have been watching you on the desk 😊😊❤

@@alfiekelly5914 Thanks Alfie yes dogs just as loved as our children, we did take our elderly Jack Russell away with us but now at 15 with multiple health issues we are staying home

Hello 🤗 yes it is a wonderful hotel I really loved the decor and the history of it, it's something different.
I'm sorry I can't do Ruskin they don't allow people to film there now unfortunately

It's a beautiful hotel,.I have stayed here many times. The last suite I stayed in was the Windsor suite, it was a lovely corner room

Another excellent review Katie, Glad you went to the Imperial it's one I've always wanted to see! A bit creepy walking through those corridors though it was like watching that horror movie The Shining. If only those walls could talk, I bet they could tell a good tale or two with all that history. Glad you had a good time as well Katie you deserve it, hope this finds you and your family well!
Hey thank you 😊 yes I agree it was a bit creepy at about half past 12 I was walking round the corridors lol that's why I went back to my room, yes the history of it wow and to think of all the celebs that have stayed there, including the queen mother x

I haven't watched the full video yet Katie, but looks like a lovely place. I've never understood suites unless you live there. Like Maggie in the Ritz. What a great gift from Mum. Either way, I'm angry at people asking it was free or not. None of their business. Keep up the good work and consider squatting there! xx
Hi lovely I've got to admit the suite though was amazing to stay in, it was a touch of luxury, yeah people should know that if it says paid promotion at the beginning of the video then it's free if it doesn't then it's not lol x

Margaret Thatcher 's favourite hotel. She loved the hotel and preferred the Imperial to the Grand in Brighton, and wasn't everything to do with the bomb, she loved the hotel. Harold Wilson also had a very soft spot on the hotel as well. He preferred Blackpool as a conference centre and wasn't keen on Brighton. ❤

Absolutely cracking hotel review Katie probably your finest yet. Some real pro editing there. The Imperial Hotel looks a mighty fine establishment certainly a place I’ll consider staying at after watching this review. Just a shame about your meal again although the dessert looked wicked. Not having that fire working in your room was annoying but nevertheless a beautiful stunning place to stay. £139 with 3 course meal and a breakfast now that’s a bargain!

Th twin double suite is the presidential suite. Bill Clinton stayed in thd suite when he spoke at the Labour Party Conference back in the early 2000's. He wasn't president at the time having lefted office the previous year but security was extremely tight also Tony Blair who was our PM at the time plus the majority of ths UK's cabinet were also staying at the Imperial. I remember this well and as a journalist covered the Conference for IRN/LBC radio. The podcaster unfortunately did'nt explain the history of the hotel or the enormous famous politicians or stars that stayed at this famous hotel.
Yes amazing all the people who stayed there I did mention a few of them but didn't go in depth didn't think people would be interested
I watched another video you posted a few days ago about staying in different hotels.
I saw a vid last year from a guy who was travelling regarding a hotel called By The Seaside on St Chads Road. Has great reviews. Spotless clean and very well maintained. The owners very really nice. I would recommend that. Also they are fine with filming inside. I'm not from Blackpoll myself but I would stay there if I ever visited.

Morning Katie and family. Great vlog from the historic Imperial Hotel! We stayed august 2021 not long after covid restrictions had lifted, although we enjoyed staying in the beautiful building we found our bed / mattress extreamly hard and uncomfortable which we had to talk quietly to management on check out. The breakfast is brilliant and the staff are really welcoming if you want a small tour round. Also when we went the pool was shut for renovation is that still the case? Was really cool to see the turkish baths, i imagine that would have been fed by either natural sea water or may a spring near by. May i ask if you found your room cosy? The historic element of the suite was remarkable but i founds its interior too specious and slightly cold looking in comparison to other hotels you've recently vlogged. ❤❤ keep up the great work xx

Yes the Turkish baths part was amazing to see I love history I'm so glad they have preserved it.
Yes my room was lovely and the bed was perfect, my only grievance was the fire not working. I was a little chilly especially after my bath that suite definitely needs the fire with it being so large x
Once many years ago before Butlins became Craig Tara, we got into trouble for wardrobe racing at 4am. x

They treated us really badly, so we took the flimsy single wardrobes on the go kart track. Kicked the bases out, climbed in, closed the doors and we were off. I didn't win. I fell flat on my coupon within a few steps. x

I also forgot to add is the price per room or per person, either way its not bad value at all for a nights stay with the inclusivities of dinner and breakfast xx
I'm pretty sure it's for the room I've just gone on the website to pretend to book and it never asked how many people just said for the room but food would be more for the second person I think x
Everyone has stayed at this Hotel, ranging from Charles Dickens to Bill Clinton and now Katie Myers can be added to that list 😁

We have stayed here so many times we are now VIP members, we have tried the rest but come back here.

Does all the places you review allow children because when we were trying to book a few years ago nobody would allow kids so we ended up booking a flat and have done ever since

The norbreak castle is a dive and disgusting hotel, under no circumstances should you do a review their or anybody going their to stay it is vile hotel
How long ago did you last stay there Craig? I still would be interested to review even if it is bad, to show exactly what is it like x
I stayed their 18 months ago and it went worse when they let loads of the immigration people stay their at government cost, the place was out dated, dusty, poorly cleaned, smelt musty, my room was freezing and I asked to be moved I was told to go back to bed by the rudest of receptionists and the breakfast was poor!! I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me £200 to stay the night!! Just view the reviews online to know what I'm saying!! I've stayed in better b&b's for £25quid a night, would rather stay there than at norbreak

@@MyersFamilyVlogs1 yes they was their at the same time as guests Free which annoyed !e basically half the hotel was hired by local authority to house them, I have no issue them being their if they respect and behave but they basically ruined the place!! Like I said I wouldn't go back if you paid me £200 to stay their ha but enjoy if U go
Stuff was rude, food was cold, room was freezing dusty and dirty, bed was uncomfortable and the whole place smelt musty dirty and their was a horrible humming noise from outside generator, all in all a wonderful stay ha
