I had preeclampsia 9 years ago when I had my daughter who is your fan. I had pregnancy induced blood pressure but the moment I gave birth it returned to normal. Your blood pressure will be regulated to perfection by God in Jesus name.

She was supposed to take the average of the 2 blood pressure or better still take a third one and take average.yes there are blood pressure medications that work on us Africans so fast. I would have mentioned some but this is social media before people won't go to the hospital to check themselves and see a cardiologist. There's one that works well but after taking, you drink lot of water and rest so well. Don't worry just be fine for us. They are good at taking care of their patients so you are safe. Please try to rest and recover well. Keep him warm considering this summer that doesn’t look like what it is. I pray God will strengthen you. Prepare for night vigils as he grows 😂. Mine is 7weeks old, they grow so fast.

To be honest I don’t think this advise is necessary! She is the one that knows her body! A 30 minute video does not mean she has been talking and it won’t hurt! Your intentions are good but it can be discouraging! Allow people do what makes them happy!

There's nothing about being jealous here. Pregnancy induced BP is no joke. Sometimes, it doesn't go away. You laugh, it rises; think, frown, talk, walk, it rises. So, she needs a lot of sleep, less screen time, less visitors, and less talking. I'm talking from a place of experience. I've had 3 episodes of pre-eclampsia.
I would make my post-delivery meals before going to hospital cos I don't think I will be able to eat this oyinbo meals...😀😀😀
