He has a CHIP on his SHOULDER because of how the boxing community and casual fans denounce his resume, who he’s fought, his size, almost as if they don’t see the skills he displays CONSISTENTLY over the last decade, particularly moving up, 135-140-147 and they ALWAYS have something to say. Meanwhile, his habits outside of the ring and how he’s always training is 100% CHAMPION LIKE and people still can’t give dude his due. It’s society today, social platforms, insecurity, immature perspectives of life, etc. It’s destined for him to win, if he displays what most of us already know about him: The best, most well rounded fighter since Floyd/Andre Ward.

Context is important. Bud did himself a disservice at welterweight albeit winning a belt form the Horn fight. And what does Bud do? The same narrative you're pushing. He literally discredited Danny and Errol all at once in one conversation. The details are in that Millionz Dollas worth of game interview. The better man will win. That narrative that he beat a better version of Brook vs Errol is malarkey.
Ive always rolled with bud all the way up until this fight. I just think Terence is too small for errol spence. He's going to be trying to find that perfect ko shot all night but it will never happen. He's going to get some good shit off in the early rounds because hes just too good but I really dont see it effecting errol. I believe we will see the same consistency we've always seen in errol spence fights. And instead of everyone saying spence is basic, everyone will have no choice but to admit "yeah hes the TRUTH"

Earthquake is spot on regarding selling the fight. This isn’t the amateurs, it’s professional boxing. Entertainment is imperative for earning large purses and being a great fighter is imperative to earning large purses. Now days people have so many forms of entertainment in combat sports. Fighters need acting coaches to help them with their media personalities to sell fights.

Every where I’ve gone, people say Spence is gonna win - cool. But when they say that they can’t articulate with boxing nuances why that’s gonna happen.
All I’ll say is elite pressure fighter vs elite counter puncher. Who typically wins that fight? Bearing in mind Spence is much slower than Crawford.
I believe spence will win because hes too good and too big. Terence wont be able to hurt him. Spence jab off sets the counter punchers ability to set his feet and really dig into a snappy counter punch. It also throws off the timing and rhythm of the counter puncher. Spence body work will slow down crawfords lateral movement. Naturally Terence is stepping into the ring a little heavier as a welterweight, so his movement not the same as when he was at 135 and 140. Is that articulated in "boxing nuances" for you?

1. Spence has fought at 147 for basically all his career. At 33 years old the weight cuts are certainly a draining factor. So the size won’t be a major issue via weight draining. Crawford gives up around 1-2 inches in height, but has a 2 inch reach advantage.
2. You say that Spence’s jab can disrupt rhythm. Crawford can go orthodox to play with his lead hand. Basically taking the jab away, and countering over the jab.
3. You say Spence’s body work will slow Crawford down, and it could. But what makes you think Terence Crawford has the intention to fight this fight in the interior? Secondly, when Spence goes to the body he leaves himself open. A precise, ambidextrous counterpuncher like Crawford is guaranteed to capitalise.
