@@snakey934Snakeybakey check normal western overtone singing tutorials on youtube theres quite a lot of good ones. getting technique with your tongue right and creating overtones on top of your normal voice is a good practice. After tha tyou can add actual throat singing technique with it and use the same tongue techniques to create actual sygyt

Good question ;) In Mongolian this throat singing technique is called "isgeree huumii", in Tuvan this throat singing technique is called "sygyt", in Europe/USA we have a similar technique, but softer and only on top of your normal singing voice, a technique called "overtone singing". You can look those terms up in Google, surely you will get some demonstrations!
Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan are countries with good school of throat singing. I don't know about Mongolia and Kazakhstan, but in Russia I found a course by Alexandr Kuular. They are popular in Russia, probably all of them teach, but I don't know how to become their student.
