Exactly. A tool and a violent monster to those that don't know of him, only sowing destruction and death wherever he goes, but in reality all of his actions have been to settle a score or to help someone else, yet since people only ever need his help when fighting someone or destroying something, that's all he can do, thus perpetuating his reputation as a violent person even more.

I like the fact that the dream smp relies so much on the characters perspective that when looking through others eyes one may seem to be a villain but through the villains everybody else is one and I think that people don’t really see it through technos perspective usually just naming him a villain because of what he does but not thinking why he does it or the true end result and I would like to see that a lot more especially through the other proclaimed villains of the dream smp that have yet to be seen in a bigger light.

If you watched Wilbur’s perspective at the revolution, you’d see his entire downfall and pity yet understand him. If you only watched Tommy’s/Tubbo’s, you’d see him as a traitor to the cause. In a sense really good storytelling since noone is evil for evils sake but everybody has some kind of motivation and goal they strife to achieve. I mainly watch Techno since i agree with is motives and i can not really enjoy the others streams sinve they are in my view the enemy and who enjoys watching their enemies when they are not groveling to your feet.
Being lonely and being alone are not the same thing. Loneliness is when someone feels because they have no friends or company, but it doesn't depend on physically being near people. One could be in the midst of a crowd and still feel lonely. Just like one can completely isolated and be perfectly fine.
Pogtopia saw him as a war machine, and when he served his purpose, he was quickly cast aside, left to rust. L'Manburg saw him as an animal, and like a wild animal, and they hunted him like one and tried to butcher him. Tommy saw him as "The Blade". A weapon, cold and lifeless. And when that weapon was needless, he cast it aside as an ornament in his memory. All Technoblade truly wanted was a friend and to be seen as a person, not a monster, machine, killer or a weapon. An individual. And as such, he was an anarchist, someone who wished not for rule, but individualism and freedom. True freedom. Freedom found simply being neighbors and friends.
this has forced me to come to the realization that Techno is a Necromancer. He regularly summons Withers to help him level governments, he was the first person to get his hands on (or to use at the very least, to my knowledge) Totems of Undying, and seems to have been immortal beforehand. definitely some top tier necromancer shit

You can see at 4:27 that contrary to Dream, he looks sunken, as if he is crushed by the judgement of people around him. Beautiful storytelling.
Yep! Phil is his only friend. Even dream who helped him throughout the entirety of his time on the server, treats him like a weapon, only saving him from the butcher army so he would have someone to fall back on, and uses him for the favour and because they both wanted to destroy l'manburg but dream was doing it for the wrong reasons. You can easily tell that techno doesn't want to just ruin people's lives by the fact that when he talks about regular Wilbur, he only talks about him negatively, saying how they both had common interests but... Wilbur was doing it for no reason other than chaos
I absolutely LOVE Quackity’s design here. He normally looks kinda dopey, but your interpretation makes him actually look like a threat. Also Ranboo looking scared (and rightfully so) is just so funny to me.

This is so well done I'm amazed at the details! I'm going to rant about what I noticed and appreciated because WOW you managed to fit so much detail. First of all you managing to include lyrics as well as amazing drawings? Great. Every person was so well expressed, their emotions shone on their faces; the different angles of people (wilbur holding out his hand at 0:52). The color changes starting light pink to red to white and red with black and bright red as the story progressed, showing the rising and waning violence. Not to mention the way you tied all the plots together? The skyblock potato farm, foreshadowing dream and tommy using him... even including recent plot like the doomsday war, using the last repeating verse to show how it still applies to the story. This is really cool, good job.

I love how this goes through techno's life: from the great potato war to joining pogtopia to killing tubbo to dawn of 16th to his execution to doomsday war Also I love how in almost every single shot of techno he is frowning and is unhappy with the current situation. He doesn't want to blow up l'manburg or kill tubbo. But he knows he has to for the greater good I just absolutely love the line of 'I boar the weight of my crown' because it's talking about techno's responsibilities and the expectations of being number 1 in everything he doe sis so much and has piled up that even the blood god... Can't handle it (p.s. I know techno isn't the blood god and he only serves the blood god, it just sounds cooler, don't attack me)

Now I know I’m late to the party but what I found most interesting was that instead of laughing of joy or anger it was pain out of all the words that can be used it was pain out of being betrayed by his friends or that he was hurting his friends almost like he never intended to hurt his friends and all he felt in that moment was pain of being betrayed or hurting his own friends. Technoblade is one probably the most pitiful character in the SMP. In other people’s eyes he is just a weapon of mass destruction that can destroy everything he touches. However when you finally look at it from his own perspective he is just trying to live in peace and when he finally gets a glimpse of that peace his past and enemies pull him back down.

3:08 wow, I really like this art, where Phil kills Wilbur. It shows the actual emotions at that moment. Philza is without a face, it's covered as he does a thing he would never do. Whereas Wilbur dies standing proud and glorious, because he attained all he ever wanted. That is the best way to show this scene I've seen yet. Comparing to the way it's portrayed in Sad-ist animatics and a song I forgot the name of, kinda: "We are the reckless we are the wild youth". There, they show Wilbur calm and maybe even sad when he dies. But in reality he dies like a captain sinking with his ship. He dies in glory
and such good references to different points in Techno's career as a youtuber. The characters were great and the ending leaves you with a bittersweet feeling leaving you craving for more, this is now my favourite Techoblade animatic
This is an amazing song, a continuation of centuries-old bardic traditions. May it be sung down through the ages, preserving the legend of one of mankind’s mightiest and most honorable warriors.
As both a skyrim fan and technoblade fan this really connects with my feelings, he was a huge inspiration for me, it really hurts that he's gone. Rest in piece king. 😔

When you think about it, from the techno’s perspective the SMP has been really sad. The only thing he is known for on the SMP is his power. Because of that he is commonly requested in fights. However after this he is usually discarded, like a used tool. He is talked over, and ignored. He is not a human, he is a pig, and is commonly treated as below. As he is treated like this, and for the fact that he is not human, he is looked at as a monster, only to be consulted when truly needed. There are only two exceptions, Dream, and Philza. Phil is techno’s only friend while dream is powerful enough to not care. Even though dream is a leader of a government the fact that he treats techno as a person boosts his status. This is shows how desperate techno is. Phil is like techno’s foil, mostly peaceful and trying to calm techno. After all this he is so traumatized by being used, that he is hesitant about Ranboo, a true friend. And ranboo is also hesitant, as even though he wants to see techno as a friend, he is still afraid of him.
I was like wow this song fits perfectly for all these events until Technoblade was getting executed by the butchers I realized that the song was made for this. But either way this is amazing.
This is so good you don’t see music videos with only vocals that often and the music fits techno’s time on the dream smp so well it gives you gossbumps

Also I love how in almost every single shot of techno he is frowning and is unhappy with the current situation. He doesn't want to blow up l'manburg or kill tubbo. But he knows he has to for the greater good
I just absolutely love the line of 'I boar the weight of my crown' because it's talking about techno's responsibilities and the expectations of being number 1 in everything he doe sis so much and has piled up that even the blood god... Can't handle it (p.s. I know techno isn't the blood god and he only serves the blood god, it just sounds cooler, don't attack me)

Now I know I’m late to the party but what I found most interesting was that instead of laughing of joy or anger it was pain out of all the words that can be used it was pain out of being betrayed by his friends or that he was hurting his friends almost like he never intended to hurt his friends and all he felt in that moment was pain of being betrayed or hurting his own friends.
Technoblade is one probably the most pitiful character in the SMP. In other people’s eyes he is just a weapon of mass destruction that can destroy everything he touches. However when you finally look at it from his own perspective he is just trying to live in peace and when he finally gets a glimpse of that peace his past and enemies pull him back down.

3:08 wow, I really like this art, where Phil kills Wilbur. It shows the actual emotions at that moment. Philza is without a face, it's covered as he does a thing he would never do. Whereas Wilbur dies standing proud and glorious, because he attained all he ever wanted.
That is the best way to show this scene I've seen yet. Comparing to the way it's portrayed in Sad-ist animatics and a song I forgot the name of, kinda: "We are the reckless we are the wild youth". There, they show Wilbur calm and maybe even sad when he dies. But in reality he dies like a captain sinking with his ship. He dies in glory
and such good references to different points in Techno's career as a youtuber. The characters were great and the ending leaves you with a bittersweet feeling leaving you craving for more, this is now my favourite Techoblade animatic

When you think about it, from the techno’s perspective the SMP has been really sad. The only thing he is known for on the SMP is his power. Because of that he is commonly requested in fights. However after this he is usually discarded, like a used tool. He is talked over, and ignored. He is not a human, he is a pig, and is commonly treated as below. As he is treated like this, and for the fact that he is not human, he is looked at as a monster, only to be consulted when truly needed. There are only two exceptions, Dream, and Philza. Phil is techno’s only friend while dream is powerful enough to not care. Even though dream is a leader of a government the fact that he treats techno as a person boosts his status. This is shows how desperate techno is. Phil is like techno’s foil, mostly peaceful and trying to calm techno. After all this he is so traumatized by being used, that he is hesitant about Ranboo, a true friend. And ranboo is also hesitant, as even though he wants to see techno as a friend, he is still afraid of him.
The 1 dislike is dream salty techno didn’t pick up
I was like wow this song fits perfectly for all these events until Technoblade was getting executed by the butchers I realized that the song was made for this. But either way this is amazing.
