Holding On - The War on Drugs Instrumental Cover

Guitar and bass cover of The War on Drugs' incredible song Holding On (from A Deeper Understanding, 2017). I got a slide basically just for this song and finally got around to recording it. I'm away from my usual home for a while and don't have my amp, so everything was recorded directly into my new Scarlett 2i2 interface and then amp models in GarageBand. This was actually quite a nice way to record--it gives a ton of flexibility in editing and I'm happy with the sounds I got. Hope you enjoy!

I actually didn’t use a physical amp for this recording! Everything was recorded through my audio interface into GarageBand with various software amps (a different one for most tracks)
