Primary CPD Opportunities from The Cam Academy Trust

The Cam Academy Trust provide excellent CPD opportunities for primary staff. They believe that everyone has the right to professional development as part of their teaching career. Three courses are run yearly, the ETL (Effective Teaching and Learning),, the OTL (Outstanding Teaching and Learning) and the ELTA (Effective Learning and Teaching Assistant). We welcome teachers and teaching assistants into our schools to share best practice, observe lessons and have purposeful conversations around teaching and learning.
