All Lukaku said that he wants to work with Tuchel to score goals, which is what he did after he did that interview & paid platitudes to fans of a club he's played for in the country's he's interviewed in. The release of the interview made by media made it worse.
He admitted he only left Inter because they couldn't offer him a pay rise and extension. This was months after joining Chelsea and saying he had "unfinished business". Just a stupid interview and the timing was horrid.

Few actually meant that & returned there. The timing was horrid because it was released after the whole drama with Tuchel happened & Abrahamovic with Russia
Most fans have this weird stan culture of Tuchel, if you don't worship or adore him... it's the end of the world. All Lukaku did was saying he needs to find ways to work & improve together with Tuchel.
Also, Lukaku has issues but there are worse players who did worse things. In fact, Mount's good bye is worse in my eyes because he's saying Chelsea is a dead end for a career of a talented player.
