Building Bridges That Never Should Have Worked in Poly Bridge

- None of these should have worked. But they did, somehow. As always I try and find a creative approach to making it work, usually by letting gravity and momentum pick up the slack. If that doesn't work brute force has a place in my bridge building skillset. The levels get more and more complicated, I can't wait to see what's left. Poly Bridge gameplay with my commentary as always!

I like the passive chaotic energy coming from DF

When i thumbs up this game i always silently chuckle to myself knowing if he plays long enough hes gonna have to come back to do these underbudget for the secret levels
I dont think under budget will be df's problem, without breaking will probably be his problem
@@noah1535 I mean that's the point. Underbudget is the same problem as without breaking cuz he can't do either with some of these and needs to accomplish both for the secret levels.

I just watched one of his videos he made and literally heard him laugh for the first time. The video was called “Stardew Valley Marring Lewis” I think and while he was marrying him, he chuckled. I literally celebrated like it was the 4th of July

Sadist If you try to build all the bridges by not going over budget and not having the bridge break while completing the level, it is kind of hard. Especially since one little tweak can be the difference between a bridge working and a bridge completely falling apart
I like how DF has long since given up on building an actual bridge. They are now all single use slingshot/ramp crash test contraptions. Quality engineering.

a bit of a tip is that the physics change a tad at 3x speed compared to 1x , so maybe the bridge problem was the physics getting doinked by 3x speed

When car crashes are elevated to an art form...Remember: DF doesn't make mistakes, he has happy accidents ;-) oh, and the bridge leaving reminded me a whole lot of the swivelling staircase in a certain magical castle
a tip for you
weight is not calculated by the material but by the amount of yellow dots there is. (construction points) so try using wood and spam a frick ton of dots

So, some bad news about this game.... First of, this game behaves weird if you run at faster than normal speed. Sometimes things work at normal speed, then just don't work when sped up. Second, you have to complete every level under budget, and without breaks, if you want to access the secret levels at the end of the game. Kind of a bummer, but I thought I'd say something about it

Only joints and roads have weight. If you have the same amount of joints steel and wood will weigh the same.
