i have 55 crit rate and 300 crit damage only after spending 1.5k resins for Neuvilettes artifacts. Try to farm around 3am, for some reason it always gives me good artifacts. I've tried it a lot of times and it mostly likely works. just make sure you have bunch of resins ready for farming

Not having double crit on the new set is not that bad. That is if you get Crit Dmg and not Crit Rate. If you equip crit rate weapon you can very easily overcap on crit rate. So you if you levl up all the crit dmg artifacts you actually have a better chance to get a higher crit dmg roll since your artifact pool is bigger.

My neuvillette had 70.1% cr / 200% but bc of the 4pc set gives so much cr I automatically get exactly 100.1% cr the moment I start battling with him. I never thought I’d be farming artifact pieces with little to no cr. I got kinda lucky later and found a piece that makes my stats
97% cr / 198.5% cd but it sacrificed a little bit of my flat hp and 3.5% energy recharge which is now 135%
