We get these everywhere in the uk , normally made by a restaurant called itsu. I put them in a microwavable pot , bit of water and cover them and they come out perfect. Sometimes i griddle them , but the best thing is the sauce recipe they have on the back of the packet. Its simple, but delicious

@@ICauseImmenseChaos If you have trouble ordering, try local larger Asian markets. Typically you will find things like this in the ones that are the size of a neighborhood Walmart, so pretty big. If you can’t, just hit up the smaller local ones in the area.
You should've tried them gyoza/potsticker style -- fry lightly on one side, then put a bit of water in the pan, cover and let them steam. Best of both worlds -- steamed and fried.

I agree. The pan fried potstickers aren’t as good as boiled. I don’t think that the texture or flavor from the char and oil pairs very well with them. The absolute best texture and taste wise are the ones that are steamed though, in my opinion.

I’ve always found the buldak noodles to be disgustingly salty/spicy and totally inedible. Can’t understand who enjoys that stuff. And I enjoy spicy food
Yh. Tbh, they're super overrated and they're only hyped becuz of pop culture and spice challenge. And every package taste the same after adding the hot sauce too. But on a weird note (maybe illogical too), i think it's sort of addicting. I hate the taste, but I find myself craving it after time. Maybe that's why ppl are crazy abt them. It's different from other noodles craving, which is odd to me.

I love buldak products and these are so spicy i dip them in ranch tbh like hot wings. Don't judge me, my mouth is on fire and I'll take what I can get to help
try frying them till crispy on the bottom, then put half a quarter cup water enough to barely cover the bottom then put a lid on to sort of steam them until the water is gone. makes a juicy and cripsy flavor and texture.

These are all great tips but I’m wondering how it feels to dig a body shot in, because when I’m not on the receiving end, I don’t really know 😅 (Edit: cause without boxing gloves, what’s the proper technique/motion for body shots, is it a whipping motion? Based on accuracy? A heavy blunt punch? Or what… Because every time I shadow box, I feel as if they’re weak. For some people the jab feels that way but to me I use a snapping motion “the corkscrew and flicker jab but with the body’s support.”)
Just FYI - got these at Hmart in Chicago. Midwesterns, make your pilgrimage.
