Piano: Marc-André Hamelin
0:00 - Allegro maestoso

25:30 - Finale: Presto non tanto Видеоклипы
It is a touching performance that clearly shows the characteristics of dramatic and overwhelming Chopin music. The feeling of playing means the performer himself. This person seems to be strong inside.💐
He's absolutely lyrical, I admire him
Everything perfect! Splendid piece from a superb composer and played by one of the most virtuosi artists. Hamelin plays as if those pieces were so "easy". And the quality of the sound is just perfect too. Thank you for the uploading

Beautiful touch
Love it! Yes at times the pedal is overwhelming but mostly it adds a magical dreamy effect.
extraordinary

There are no more words, so what can you say?
Aye....plenty virtuosi inthis here comment section....beware Meister H...fellers here will boot you out of the stool pertty soon...my oh my...
Ouch! Slip at 4:03 and (worse) at 4:10 :(
+Jambonmauve perhaps he is playing reading...instead of memorized rsrs
It happens to the best of us, imagine the fatigue and the pression of touring around the world and knowing people expect of you nothing less than perfection. The guy is a machine for being able to stay focused during a 2 hours recital, even more difficult if you consider the stamina needed...
Oh my God. This is live music! This has happened to all pianists. Such a wonderful interpretation and you cling to that detail. Sad
This happened only after he took the repeat of the exposition. If he hadn't repeated the exposition then it would not have slipped
May I say this to you. Rubenstein. Yes Rubenstein. He had wrong notes. Yes. Wrong notes.
Are you here to listen to music or just plain notes?
Ewww way too much pedal in the first movement and that's all I can take
Hamelin is almost perfect unless by his touch which I dislike. He plays like Leslie Howard, few crescendos, very flat, no ppp or fff really ! I love Volodos, Horowitz, Kissin playing such pieces. Although Hamelin is a brain, a computer, can play all pieces.
Dihelson Mendonca His dynamics are subtle and clearly beyond your comprehension.
@@colly7963 I totally agree with you
