Today was the Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys' Father's Day Charter, where Kawasaki Car 9000 with the vintage and retro 1980's livery, had made it's first appearance since coming out in early May. At the same time, today was the first day that SEPTA's vintage PCC Trolley cars have operated on Route 15 in 4 years, and on Richmond Street in over 13 years. This video focuses on both exciting Vintage and Retro trolley action, as I hunt them all across town

the 12 was discontinued as a trolley back in 1955

it was back in the 50s when the 12 was a trolley
@@itssharrlol yes but never to darby, it was 12 to 50 woodland, I believe they just threw up destinations, since it probably was a training exercise, judging by the yellow vests. the 12 ran from downtown to 50 and woodland, which was not too far from the barn. I used to ride the 11, 13, or 36 to the pcp&s ;college in the 60s.
@@williamthawley9251 the 12 was cutback to elmwood & island in 1955 , then was bustituted in 1956 & cut back to 49th & woodland
