- WOW the new wall art at 13th Street Station really represents what the station is for. This was installed during the trolley tunnel blitz. I show a short clip of how it looked before, so we can see how dramatic a change this truly is.

Wow, the mural and wall never looked so better. They also cleaned out the track area pretty good.
Unfortunately the still cant get rid of the urine stench and the smell of sewage
Wow. In the before view , it didn't change much fom the 80' s- 90's. Very nice improvement.
you might have missed the point, I bet if you did the proper investigative work you might discover that millions were allocated for this stop and just as with the one at north Philadelphia, yet they all still look the same. WHAT Happened TO THE MONEY? all those million dollars houses in Arizona and Florida now occupied by those who stole
@@thomasdelvin3683 That goes with the territory of a politically - motivated agency, like SEPTA, that is , at least on the surface, supposed to have transparency to the state and city governments, and the riding public, of how money is spent in station construction , maintenance , etc. For now, let's enjoy the impmovement, and leave investigations to the professionals, whose job it is to perform them.

Still the same 1970’s looking station.
all the stations still look the same. same pipes that were leaking 40 years ago are still leaking , same stairs that were cracked are still cracked. no bathrooms in any of the stations. no way to wash your hands with all these concerns about diseases, yet all former politicians and union bosses are now living in FLORIDA IN MANSIONS!
