I was a landlord once…rented to a youth pastor and his wife from a large church in town. They destroyed the house! Even put things like wet mattresses in the crawl space under the house. Of course skipped town and the church claimed not to have any idea where they went. It cost us a small fortune to make it nice again and we promptly put it on the market and sold it…never a landlord again!
Camera driving me crazy! Mostly looking at floor so really couldn't get much idea of what rooms actually looked at because camera view always too close. But yes! House left in terrible condition!
Just because people have money and a good income doesn’t automatically mean they are going to be responsible. As far as leaving things behind, they probably took a lot with them and the tenancy with a big place like that is for some to accumulate a lot of things they don’t need and when it comes time to move they do not want to deal with moving everything.😊
You have the right mindset on what your finding, it being collectable & worth $. I see so many videos of evictions where tenant has left some valuable antiques or collectable & the landlord says it's all trash. Crazy what they throw away. It's seen items left that would cover any expenses if they sold it.
This place is not destryoed, nor is it a million dollar home.. It's possible the entire property is valued at that, but it'd need a lot more land to be valued at that. But, Trashed, yes it is. It will jeed a good cleaning and junk removal but i didnt see anything that was actually damaged.
So many people with pets have problems finding landlords who will accept a cat or dog. People (?!) like this make it harder for tenants to find pet friendly housing. So glad you were able to get the house repaired.
Never can understand people want pets yet ignore them many times afterwards immediately 😢😅 my broken heart is always been with the pets who depend on us and for sure need better than they get to.😮😢
You need to readjust your way of thinking. Just because someone can afford a million dollar home, doesn’t give them morals or couth. I’m not wealthy by any means BUT I take care of my things and things that others entrust to me. All my “poor” friends are the same. Don’t judge people by their income.
I am not saying getting staph and other bugs is all to blame on the doctors and nurses, but there has to be some cause for concern. The state the house was left in says it all. Especially the cat boxes, flies, and the mad scientist's lab of a kitchen.
Hopefully the tenants that left this house in this horrible condition is watching this video. Can you imagine how they felt looking at their own junks or garbage that were exposed to the public?? That will be so embarrassing to say the least!!!
I know how it is if you do not have much in the way of capital. You see people who have so much more, and you see them do things like this, and it makes you feel angry and sad and a bit hopeless because it is. Especially if you have never had a home of your own, and having a nice home of your own is one of your greatest dreams if not the greatest dream, and maybe you realise you will never make that dream come true, and then you see someone do something like this.... There are no words adequate to quite convey how you feel.....
I don't know what ur seeing... This house is so ugly and outdated. The house is deff not a million. The property is nice. I think they did u a favor by destroying the house. It needs a million in rehab.
After viewing several different channels on tenants destroying landlord property I'm starting to wonder why ? I wouldn't leave someone else's home this way but there's your side, their side and the truth, just saying .
$1 mil!! NOT!! This must be in Indiana. My friend bought an old farm house. Sh had some funky things built like this. Right down to the built in rock in the kitchen! Whats up with that? The whole house is wonky. Lots of things I see is worth money though.
Don't know who this drama-king is but the title says the occupants were evicted. He goes on about how they 'abandoned' their stuff. The company who moved the occupants' valuables out of the house are the folks who 'abandoned' what's left as the evicted are charged with trespassing if the trued to go back inside. Valuables are moved outside of the rental and the locks are changed. I've seen expensive furniture moved to the grass during a rainstorm.
It depends on what kind of eviction. If they left when tge owner asked it doesn't work that way. Only when it has to go through tge courts and tge bailiff and crew come to throw them and all their crap out.
I didn't see anynpet stains. All things considered that carpet was in great condition. This is nowhere near a trashed house. I guess this guy has never seen a truly trashed house. Yes it'll be a lot of work to get rid of all tge crap but at least some of it is valuable.
Enjoyed the video, love the stone and hard wood in the kitchen. FYI you should be able to get $2,000-$4,000 for the shipping container and use the funds towards the clean up - love to see the "AFTER" video - Good Luck to you !
There should have been a law that prevented ppl from doing this to other ppl property! Make them come back and clean it up and gotten rid of all the trash
Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder, I can't agree with the opinion of a "beautiful piece of property" including the house itself. It's very outdated and overall unappealing, imo. The condition is deplorable, undisputed.
I was wondering the same thing. He said it is not his property. Then he also said "None of the owners own cats". So I will assume it's not his property. He talks about the "creep dolls" but he gave me the creeps. In my opinion he has no rights to be posting this video.
The views are absolutely stunning. But I wouldn't necessarily agree the house is particularly beautiful. It's subjective I guess. I don't think im a huge fan of wooden homes, prefer bricks & mortar 😊
The angle you filmed the inside of the house needs a little work. Sorry I got tired of looking at just floors.
“Lots of Chipotle containers.” Well, that explains the toilets 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I was a landlord once. NEVER again!!!
Same!

Being a landlord is a business gamble
I managed multi-unit properties in Chicago and it felt as if I was always in a bad mood 🤨
I agree... absolutely no desire to ever be a landloed
The land is worth more than the house!
For sure
Camera driving me crazy! Mostly looking at floor so really couldn't get much idea of what rooms actually looked at because camera view always too close. But yes! House left in terrible condition!
I think Stevie Wonder was filming it
Once this home is redone .....woww what a Beautiful place to live ..Some family will be real blessed
Is the house sold are rented yet?
That house is very big, but it is so chopped up. I truly don't know how people can live like this let alone move out and leave all their crap.
Who ever designed that house didn’t do such a great job, some of the closets are small and a lot of wasted space. They could have designed it better.

😅 please we don't need to see the toilets we'll take your word,

Maybe it’s just me but I see a mess left behind from some pathetic garbage people, but I’m not seeing a destroyed house by any means.
Same. This is no where near destroyed. Keep the entire deposit and use it for a deep clean for the house
That kitchen is hideous !! House is far from $ 1 million dollars !!!
I wouldn't kill for the power, insurance, or tax bills!
I just don’t understand how some people can destroy such a beautiful piece of land and home!! I’m so sorry this happened
That is so sad. That’s my dream home and to think it was trashed like that. Send the ones who moved out the clean up bill for the house and yard!
I’m sorry but that kitchen is NOT BEAUTIFUL 😔 it’s a total RENOVATION !!!! The house is NOT a million $ house maybe the property BUT NOT THE HOUSE 👎👎
I think the house is featureless. Also, who wants a house that size made of wood, so much maintenance!!😮
when it’s somebody else’s house It’s not worth 1 million, but when it is your house and You’re trying to sell it. It’s worth 1 million.🤔
people have no respect for other peoples property. i hope they paid a hefty deposit, and the owners get reimbursed.that house was disgusting

What a shame someone would live like that. Such a beautiful home
1 million for that crap ?????? It’s old and not with it smh what’s wrong with these people charging so much the market is weird and greedy
Hopefully the tenants that left this house in this horrible condition is watching this video. Can you imagine how they felt looking at their own junks or garbage that were exposed to the public?? That will be so embarrassing to say the least!!!
Yeah but tell you something people that do this still don't get it believe me it's crazy 😮

That was a grill in yard with wood on it. I have one like it.
It is beautiful property! if you have a dream for this property go for it. there is always a way
I lost money also and never again. Government will have to house the deadbeats.
I don't know what ur seeing... This house is so ugly and outdated. The house is deff not a million. The property is nice. I think they did u a favor by destroying the house. It needs a million in rehab.

No one deserves to be left a mess like this. This renter must have anger issues. Some people are just slobs.
Farmhouse. Would LOVE to decorate this place!
So emotional to see this beUtif
Beautiful home& property destroyed from neglect!!!
Had to stop watching - got motion sickness with the camera swinging all over. So sorry they left it that way.
People need arrested for shannanigans like this!!!!
This house is a big with a nice view outside buts its old and needs some updating. Its an old farmhouse.
Even looking pass the trash, THE HOUSE IS NOT CLOSE TO BEING PRETTY, LET ALONE BEAUTIFUL 🤮🤮🤮🤮
I hate hot tubs.
$1 mil!! NOT!! This must be in Indiana. My friend bought an old farm house. Sh had some funky things built like this. Right down to the built in rock in the kitchen! Whats up with that? The whole house is wonky. Lots of things I see is worth money though.
Yeah this house is not impressive, the property is beautiful but that house is so outdated and so far gone it needs a remodel
Irony water must be on a well
I would love to have that place, but cleaned up
House looks pieced. Several built ons

Sad that people do this and really the one that give a shit out in cold
22:55 that looks like an avocado pit they're trying to sprout.
HOT MESS!!
Don't think the house is beautiful at all!!!! Hope the inside looks better!!!!
Cats probably killed the carpet
Or dogs. It's not the animal's fault that it is not being taken care of.
I didn't see anynpet stains. All things considered that carpet was in great condition. This is nowhere near a trashed house. I guess this guy has never seen a truly trashed house. Yes it'll be a lot of work to get rid of all tge crap but at least some of it is valuable.
Is this a foreclosure or a rental????
Gorgeous views
Bay window.....LOVE it.
Definitely gorgoeus home and property!!!!
Where is this home located
I'm sure there are treasures amongst the trash. People have no respect for what isn't theirs.
Bay window. Decorate that for Christmas
Definitely worth watching more than ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!
One last shave, and leave all the hairs.
One last shit (in every toilet), and don't flush.
Leave. Classy people.
Wow that's a lot of stuff, some of it has a heavy layer of dust. It must have taken years to accumulate all of that.
How many bedrooms?
How many Acres?
Enjoyed the video, love the stone and hard wood in the kitchen. FYI you should be able to get $2,000-$4,000 for the shipping container and use the funds towards the clean up - love to see the "AFTER" video - Good Luck to you !
Beautiful.house.love.to.have.one.like.this.thanks.for.the.vedio.

What a beautiful property..... I could happily live there.....
People don’t care if it’s not theirs!
Why are we here?????
I want that creepy stroller
I would love to live in a place like that
You dont put clean dishes in the dishwasher.
That doesn't look like a million dollar house.
It's crazy how people will do I would love love love to own this
There should have been a law that prevented ppl from doing this to other ppl property! Make them come back and clean it up and gotten rid of all the trash
I can't tell if you trying to get someone to buy the house, Are the junk that's in the house?
That could be a very nice home, if it was majorly cleaned.
There's a lot of things I seen you could make $ on if you sell.
How many staircases
Y'all must be on something if you think that's a million dollar house. 😂
It looks like they destroyed it on purpose!!!!!
Shocked the tub isn't FILTHY
This would make a great haunted house!!!!!
I like the layout of that house
It looks like a fire pit
With being a nurse how could you have fly strips so bad everywhere and live in the mess
Looks like a house thats been sold to developers to demolish for a subdivision
Why???? Eviction?????
What type of family were they?
Needs new cabinets and floor
Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder, I can't agree with the opinion of a "beautiful piece of property" including the house itself. It's very outdated and overall unappealing, imo. The condition is deplorable, undisputed.
Dang people don’t have any respect for other people’s property.
Are you trespassing????
I was wondering the same thing. He said it is not his property. Then he also said "None of the owners own cats". So I will assume it's not his property.
He talks about the "creep dolls" but he gave me the creeps.
In my opinion he has no rights to be posting this video.
Beautiful home and prop omg good luck love your show.
What is that white cabinet???
They sure had plenty. Must be nice.
Pretty sure the brick structure at 3:50 was a well at some point.
That's disgusting leaving such a beautiful house like that especially when there are people who would love a house like this and would look after it
The location is too remote.
@@Landis_Grant its way to far from me I'm in Australia lol
Going be months before everything is clean
I was a landlord once and it was horrible never again.
The views are absolutely stunning. But I wouldn't necessarily agree the house is particularly beautiful. It's subjective I guess. I don't think im a huge fan of wooden homes, prefer bricks & mortar 😊
