This is the perfect stencil material. I have a Brother Scanncut and it works great. Scanncut seems so much easier to use in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.
All Cut Edge does is cut the offset of an image or “only the edges”, so if you have let’s say a circle with letters inside, it would usually just cut the circle.
Hello great video! Thank you for helping out a newbie. I have a problem after doing one stencil cut on my new machine as it keeps looking for registration mark and won’t work to cut, any help would be appreciated.
Erin Ensley I thought that too but not sure why it did that, still stuck somewhere. I will just keep trying to get this to work! Keep your videos coming.
What setting did you have the cut set to? Looks like you had "no cut" highlighted. Does it make a difference as to how the Cameo cuts out the design? Do you recommend always using a mat for this divider vinyl? I'm still learning how to use my Cameo, and still have so much more to learn!
I went over the settings in the video. It's at 2:31 seconds in. I set it at Stencil Material and used the preset settings, I go over those settings as well. I recommend using a mat for this because the dividers pieces will get caught in the machine when they cut if they are not attached to the mat.
I got a new cameo machine. I’ve always wanted to make custom stencils and now pretty excited to experiment with it. Thank you.
Thank you! Clear and simple. Great video
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much for this video! I made my first stencil today with my Silhouette Cameo 3.
Thank you for this! Can’t wait to try it 🙂

Thank you for this video! When you cut, what cut setting are you using? Like cut or cut edge?

what material did you use for this stencil
What blade depth did u use?
Love this! Just tried it for my Welcome sign but how do you cut it when it’s words and the little pieces from the middle of the letters get cut out?
This video we did should help answer your question: ruclips.net/video/U5nyvgCJHZI/видео.html
Thank you for sharing. I am very curious about the mat you are using and how you made it sticky. Would you mind sharing?
Any cutting mat made for a cameo or Cricut comes sticky.
Thanks!!! that helped
Thank you for your help. Can you do 3D in silhouette studio?
Your sound cut out in the end but the information was very easy to follow still. Thanks.
select double pass so none of it lifts up and all the unwanted stays on cut mat.
What’s cutting setting did you use

Sounds like you have something else clicked. Registration marks are only for print and cut.

Well I shut the machine down, let it sit overnight and got five stencils to print today... yeah! Thanks for the ear!
When would you use a double pass?
do you have any videos on how to move the node points for a design that may need opening up to make a stencil?
On the design page you didnt show us if you trace or not
Still wondering what blade you used?
Ratchet blade based on cut setting in silhouette designer shown on screen

Happy to help!
You also mentioned changing the blade. What blade did you use?
Do you tell the machine to trace outer edges
Hello Erin,
I want to ask you about the plaid
Is it ok to use auto pliad or we should to use another type?
Do you mean the Blade? If so I’m sure you can just use the autoblade with this.
I’ve tried doing tbis but it doesn’t come up I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
You highlighted both images, but skipped showing two images placed. This is confusing me .
Can I use my auto blade?
same lol
If anyone's is looking to sell their services let me know....I need some of these!
Hello Erin!! What equipment is all used to make the reusable stencils?
