Ill-advised is the best way to put it lol. My gf has asked multiple times if I wanna go talk to somebody and I think soon I'm going to take her up on that offer
Bought mine, same bourbon burst, two year ago. After decades of owning and playing Epiphone models because of the price difference I was thrilled at the retirement gift I bought myself. Put the Schaller strap locks on right away. I still catch myself staring at it in its stand and just smiling. It is capable of so much more than I am. Still I own it and I love it. Mine is just over 11 lbs. Aside from that it’s flawless. Thanks for the high score. Guess I waited long enough to take the plunge.
I received a 60s standard for my 50th birthday last month and it is a total beast. Amazing resonance, great pickups, fun to play and beautiful to look at. I also have a Epiphone Modern Figured Les Paul which now spends a lot more time on the stand since picking this one up. Great review. I hold mine in high regard. I'm glad you concur.

Just bought the 60’s standard in iced tea. Super excited. Thank you so much for making this video. This will be my first Les Paul and didn’t know what to get. I’m confident I made a solid choice. Now on to binge all your videos. Haha.
I have the same guitar, purchased May 2022, and I also put the same strap locks on mine. For around $70, it's totally worth it. After having my Taylor come off it's strap while I was playing, I've put them on all of my guitars. It's a piece of mind thing for sure.
@@ianmac3469 It didn't drop it luckily. I was in the middle of a song though and grabbed it with my left hand. After that though, I figured it was a good investment to get strap locks.
Bought mine about 5 months ago and it's still my favorite guitar I've ever owned. Looks great and sounds great and mine's 9 pounds. I got mine band new for nearly 1k less than retail price. If you get on reverb and haggle with some of these authorized gibson dealers you can get a steal of a price.
I bought the "unburst"and will get it tomorrow. Last October I bought a Les Paul special and I agree with you Gibson is building great guitars. I also use Schaller strap locks.
After watching your Les Paul Standard 50's review, I was curious to hear the difference between the pickups. I have to agree, I immediately liked the sound of these 61 burstbuckers! Great review!
My dad died, and his buddy who owed a guitar shop gave me a super deal on my Les Paul 60s. I love it. Playing for a long time, but it is my first "serious" guitar.
I’ve owned a Gibson ‘83 LP Custom, ‘92 LP Std, ‘13 LP Sig “T”, and now just bought a ‘22 LP Std 60s “Iced Tea”…it’s fabulous! So well made and the 61 pups are sweet too. Mine weighs about 9lbs 13oz. I love the authentic weight of a Les Paul but man is it heavy
Agree on the burstbucker 61s being amazing. They were an acquired taste for me as I initially thought they were thin and harsh and nasal sounding when I got my standard 60s but now that I’ve dialed them in and spent more time with them I’ve come to really like them. They have nice bite due to the hotter output from the 50s pickups but still retain clarity and articulation. They also cut through a mix nicely when I record.
Great demo. Just got one of these as a swap for a custom shop strat ( it had issues , used and apparent bargain, but . ) the lp is a belter . Light , resonant and sustains forever.
Just bought a 2019 traditional pro v today, flame cherry sunburst. It's beautiful, barely played. I let someone else take the beating on it. To me, the Les Paul is the grand piano of the guitar world.
Good Day. This is the Les Paul that I am currently considering buying. This demo is excellent. Thank You & Best Regards. P.S. On second thought, I have decided on the Standard 50's model after all. To borrow a comment: This is a "completely unnecessary and Ill-advised purchase". Now, to convince the wife...
I bought a Teaburst 60s Standard a few years ago when they were $500. dollars cheaper, and they are STILL the best Les Paul Standard you can buy! Hands down.
In 2017 I almost bought a Les Paul Standard 60's which cost between €2000 and €2200, and now, 6 years later I would like to treat myself to this Les Paul Standard 60's Bourbon Burst. But it now costs between €2700 and €2800. Les Paul Gibsons have increased by more than €100 per year. It's starting to get expensive, even though I know that we only have one life, that we have to enjoy it, have fun. That's 2 months' salary at the minimum wage, that's not nothing. So I'm going to look for a very good opportunity for €2000, and hope to find what I'm looking for.
Great review, that is a nice guitar, I prefer the solid body construction and the 60’s tapered necks over the 50’s baseball bat necks. You guys in the US are lucky with guitar pricing at $2,990.00 we would pay way more than that in Australia….$3,5 to $4000.00 or more.
Import duty is a bitch - back when I lived in NZ it was prohibitive for a working musician! I have lived in HK for a while now, duty free port essentially, so very lucky with that!
To me, the non-weight relieved heavier Les Paul’s just have a better tone. I’ve been playing guitar over 40 years and every time I pick up a weight relieved Les Paul it just sounds rather anemic, almost like its balls hasn’t dropped. Some people claim they can’t tell a difference but I can! And besides, if I want to hollowed out less Paul, I’ll buy an ES-335.
Dont need strap locks. just use the grolsh style gaskets. im depressed i put straplocks on my G0 but im not gonna switch back now and need bigger screws
I put Dunlops on almost every guitar I own. I've had the 'grolsch' style fail me on my Martin of all guitars. Thank God I caught it in time. I only use them on my SGs because of the strap button is location.
I’m in the market for a 60s standard. I haven’t decided whether to get the bourbon burst or the blueberry burst. I plan on getting one in a couple months. Great review!
Thanks, both are beautiful! Bourbon Burst feels timeless to me. Go with your gut and enjoy the guitar! I hope you'll consider using our link: www.zzounds.com/a--3979398/item--GIBLPS600?siid=257865
I came to the same exact conclusions as you.. Those Burstbuckers pickups handle gain really well while keeping their definition.. My only beef is that I would have appreciated real mother of pearl inlays rather then Vinyl and higher frets.. But it's just me..
They’re always talking about a good resonance of the Body: That’s a misunderstanding of physical laws. A resonant body eliminates energy of the strings: Always!! The sound is always a result of frequencies that are not eliminated by the body.
I am looking at the 60s Blueberry Burst Standard or the Pro model. My concern is that the Pro is billed as a flame top and the Standered is not. Am I wrong? I do not mind paying more for the Pro, but I don't like the knob or the blacked out back. I do not really need the extras on the Pro. I just really want a good-looking standard..... I wish Gibson offered a "Select" option. You know, a extra fee for a hand picked graded one.
At 3:10 what tuners did you upgrade your personal standard with? I’m thinking about swapping mine as well. Grover’s are cool but I want the vintage vibe.😊
I ordered a set of tulip/pearl tuner buttons from Hipshot and just replaced those ugly chrome kidney Grover buttons. Kept the Grover tuners just changed the buttons. Tunes great and looks great for a paltry $26.
Wages are lower, they havent been increased with the inflation but even then les paul were costly guitars and didnt sold much do to the cost. they became more popular with the players after the production has ceased. For the majority (the majority that can pay them so not really the majority) the only way to buy these guitars is to pay in instalments, im paying mine that way but its worth it
I bought one in November 2022, played maybe 2 hours, stayed in it's case since, turns out I'm not a fan of nitro finishes, not sure how much it weights, but after playing standing up for 30-45min or so, my back was hurting. I would trade a it for an ESP EII Eclipse if it was possible.
If I were you, Id be on the lookout on the used market (Facebook marketplace is great) and save yourself a few hundred dollars, maybe even 1000 dollars depending on the desperation of the seller. Good luck!
I like watching your reviews. Very usefull. Do you think is it better to buy a '60s or a '50s Standard Les Paul when already owning a '50s with P-90 and a SG Standard '61 ? Playing styles are mainly a lot of blues, some classic rock, some pop, some jazz... but no hard rock or heavier playing styles. I like the '61 burstbucker in my SG and really like the fat neck of my '50s P90 Les Paul ... but my fear is that the '50s Standard with burstbucker 1 & 2 will sound too close to my P-90. Thanks for the help.
Gibson should however find a proper way to protect the body from the screw in the pick guard. 5 out of 5 guitars in the shop I worked in has a ding where the screw is on the front of the body when you unbox it. That's just a shame.
John, does that difference in neck make a big difference for you or is it just something you get used to? I prefer a thicker neck. I never have a caliper to measure, so I'm never sure at what point a thin neck starts to bother me.
Nice to see that Paul Reed Smith has pushed Gibson to putting out well finished and well set up production guitars. They were sloppy for sooo long. A little competition a good thing.

Funny, I have the same guitar, and a couple of weeks after receiving, I put the 61s pickups on listing... I didn't like at all. Since I have other guitars with 57 Classic and Burstbucker Pro, I've isntalled on her a couple of SD P-Rails. After all, a matter of taste.
If I wanted to remove the pickups and install Seymour Duncan’s, do you have any idea what a general cost might be to have them installed at an average music shop?
Just curious how you feel about Gibson standard specs from the factory. I recently purchased one of their SG models and noticed that it was very hard for me to bend the high e and b strings at certain spots (particularly towards the nut) so i ended up raising the action to 4/64 and raising the tailpiece to compensate. I don't know how people can play it otherwise unless they don't do many bends as the strings were just too stiff for me.
Most of what you're describing is simply the new strings from the factory. Before I demo a guitar I have to sit for five minutes or so bending each string up two whole steps, holding and stretching the strings to maintain tuning. New strings need to take a beating and ease in before they'll maintain any kind of tuning and or be slinkier to bend. In my experience the optimal point is change strings day 1, beat them up and stretch them, rehearse/play for several hours day 2, and the perfect sweet spot day for the gig. Thanks for watching
I am very much interested in the '60s Les Paul. But I have a question the '61 Burstbucker pickups are Alnico V right? If so, I have a Gibson SG '61 re-issue that have the same pickups. Can you please tell will the guitars sound the same? I can't find '60 Les Paul to try and compare. Will the guitars sound different? Thanks.
the pickups are indeed alnico V. I had a 2019 Standard 61 SG, and they are the same pickups. Sold the SG because it’s neck was too bendy for me, I kept pulling it out of tune. Fantastic sounding guitar, very spikey. I now have a 2020 Les Paul Standard 60s, and it doesn’t sound identical to the SG (has a bit more more low end) but it does share its trebley focus. Love it. I think the thinner, solid mahogany body tends to make SG’s more middly than a LP, also the pickups are in slightly different places, so they’re never going to be identical. Very similar tho. You have a great guitar
They're very similar. I have both. I kind of like my Classic a touch more actually. Same pickups, but uncovered. And then there's the circuitry with the Classic having the push-pull pots with coil splitting, out of phase, and last one which is the bridge pickup straight to output jack, no matter where vol/tone knobs are. Before I got it, I told myself there was no way I would have a Les Paul with PCB guts and intended to rip them out and wire conventionally. After over a year now, there's no way I'm doing anything to it. Mine was a blem from Sweetwater, so they knocked off around $300. Ended up being about $800 less than my Standard. Oh, and I fixed the blem (polishing issue in one spot) in about 5 minutes! Oh, and the Classic is chambered, so it's supposed to be lighter, but mine's scarcely lighter than my Standard.
Forget one other thing - they're also less expensive because they only use opaque finishes on them, thus they don't have to pick through maple stock for AA figuring for the tops.
If you don't have a Les Paul, buy the Les Paul! In stock with multiple to choose from: www.zzounds.com/a--3979398/item--GIBLPS600?siid=257865 Thanks for watching!
if I'm not able to buy one in store/in person and order online, is there a chance that i receive a top that has little to no flame or do all standards have a noticeably flamed top?
All current ones have flamed tops if I'm not mistaken, I've only seen older standards that don't have flamed tops... unless it's specified for example the new plain colors vs the flamed colors
i hate 61 Burstbuckers…if i replace them with PAF clone style pups (wizz paf, monty paf, SD seth lovers), are they going to sound pretty similar to the 61 BB??? I love my 490r/498t in my SG..i know its more modern but it works well for an SG classic rock..alought of gainy output and mids with a nice growl. im looking for something more true to a Les paul, i dont want 2 axes sounding the exact same…if the PAF style pups i mentioned sound very similar to the 61 BB’s (too uneven, to much contrast from the low strings ti high strings, the bridge is nothing special imo & doesnt really seem to have much sustain or character..), i was looking at SD Slash 2.0 alnico II pro pups, i know those def dont sound like the 61 bbs..but they do seem to lack some clairty/dynamics that i hear in the monty PAF’s (thers a youtube A/B of the 2 in an LP). Jw your thoughts since youve played them and hard to base a $500 choice on youtube demos where most of the time i find ppl using effects/overdriven reverb tones lol. Thanks & appreciate any insight!
Would not touch this guitar, been playing 37 years and never bought a Gibson or Fender where I did not need to do something to it (This includes custom shop), polish frets, correct uneven frets, upgrade some poor performing parts, like nut, tuners, poor pot sweep etc. I just go with PRS now, they may not be so historically accepted, but you buy it, plug it in and play it. All the PRS I have bought have been perfect off the wall. Fender and Gibson need to really up their components and QC.
Welp, I've been playing for a few more years and there was a time, 2000 to be exact, where I set out to get myself a Les Paul. I ended up walking out with not one, but two, 10-top PRSs because I couldn't find a decent Les Paul. Same thing happened in 2003 when I walked out with a Singlecut 245. I still have the 2000 Singlecut, but it rarely gets played. It's nice and all, but it just doesn't give me the Les Paul I crave. Between John here, and me, I've bought maybe 10-11 Gibsons and American Fenders - the most recent being a '22 Am Pro II Strat. All were perfect straight out of the cases. So I'd say that's worth something. I'll probably have to part with a few guitars because I'm going to the top, supporting a local business, and getting myself a Collings.
Bought a new 2022 60's standard in Iced tea last year and actually regret it now. 😢Not because the Gibson is not incredible because it is but because i regret not just getting the Custom shop R0 VOS i originally wanted. At that time i just could not justify spending the extra $3500!😱 Now almost a year later i wish i would have not been so worried about the cost and just went with what i really wanted. Truth be told because of that desire for the R0 i will never be 100% satisfied with the Standard. It just does not fill that void.
I wasted countless amounts of money, doing god-awful things to my strats to get a fatter sound out of them. Strat players can be a very persnickety and holier than thou bunch of people and had I bought a Les Paul right off the bat, I think I would’ve been a more satisfied guitar player.
When I saw that I thought it looks exactly like my iced tea first. Can anyone tell me what the difference between bourbon and iced tea finishes? To my untrained eye when you factor in the variation of each guitar there is no real difference.
The bourbon burst is typically a darker shade and usually more pronounced around the edges. They do vary a lot though because I’ve seen some Iced Tea’s practically as dark and some bourbon’s as light as well. Hope that helps, I love both versions personally.
@@TommySG1 yeah mine's is dark as the bourbon in this video. But I agree with you that they are great looking guitars. The only color I like maybe better is Factory burst. Thank you for replying.
@@jfiery thanks, I have favorites although I can say I like them all. I’ve seen more rare ones as well, for instance one of the ‘Made To Measure’ ones from Gibson which goes from a blonde at the center and transitions into a nice shade of purple @ the edges. It’s brilliant and I’m not even a huge fan of purple. 🤙
To hell with global inflation. Gibsons have always been grossly overpriced so all and any Gibson will flunk your value meter. There is no value in a Gibson purchase. Like a brand new American Fender. They play great, look great and sound great. But at least with some Fenders you pay a fair price. There’s nothing fair about any of Gibsons pricing.
Your opinion. I bought my Standard 60s last August and love it so much that I’m getting a 50s too. I’ve been playing for 31 years and this Standard is a BEAST! Well worth the $2799 I spent. Life is short. Get what ya want
Yeah gibsons are overpriced (a $3000 guitar from them should cost at most $2400) but you're paying for salaries, for the brand and the history after all, and I'd disagree with the fender argument, gibsons (at least with les pauls and hollow bodies like es-335) are harder to make they take more production time than a tele or a strat so I see why they're more expensive and fender custom shop is overpriced too, for the price of a regular American fender you can get a g&l which is on par with fender custom shop
@@moonfall6978 G&L was created by Leo Fender such as Music Man. I am a woodworker the only difference I see is a set neck. That’s it and a set neck isn’t worth that much more in cost. It’s the fact a lot of musicians use Gibsons and we want what they like and Gibson doesn’t just know it. They exploit it. I’d say $500 to $1000 over is fair to say but for that money you can get a nice ESP along with the Gibson. Try comparing both custom shops and again Gibson is outrageous. A nice American made Strat was $1500, now I’m not sure because I already got mine and it isn’t going anywhere lol. Have fun collecting.
@@thetownspeople6486 yeah G&L was co-founded by Leo Fender, however, it isn't as overpriced as Fender is, why? Because of legacy, people want the headstock to say Fender and Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jazzmaster, etc... not G&L legacy, asat, doheny etc... And the difference also comes from the carved tops and gluing different woods together for maple tops for example, also the binding they put, doesn't affect sound but it does affect in price, and the whole paintjob they also charge a lot for, and if we're talking price here, adding flame maple and some "expensive" woods also makes the price higher. However, I agree, japanese market guitars are a better option quality-price than gibsons, you have Esp, Edwards, Tokai, Greco and so on, the difference also comes in wages I think, since in the US, guitar companies tend to pay their workers more than in Japan (But Japan still makes the job as good if not better). Anyways yeah, I agree Gibson prices are outrageous, specially in the latest years but I think Fender and PRS also are but everyone has their preferences and it's okay, it's your money after all lol
@@moonfall6978 everyone is glueing wood together. What’s the price for a Les Paul Jr. Per Tele. Leo never changed so yah people want the original more. Gibson is overpriced for even an American guitar company. I think they look great. I’ll just never buy one.
Lovely guitar but not for me. I never liked Les Paul guitars since the early 60's and late 50;s due ti their weight and fat necks. For me they were always uncomfortable. I worked for a music center in the 60's and had many opportunities to get a Les Paul but passed. I do own a Les Paul and a couple of Epi Les Paul's but my go to guitar is my Tele.

They have nice bite due to the hotter output from the 50s pickups but still retain clarity and articulation. They also cut through a mix nicely when I record.
i replaced them with 57classics. perfection
Just got mine about 6-months ago - love it! Same finish as the one you reviewed with a AAA top.
Great demo. Just got one of these as a swap for a custom shop strat ( it had issues , used and apparent bargain, but . ) the lp is a belter . Light , resonant and sustains forever.
i have this guitar in Bourbon Burst. I put in Bare Knuckle pickups, BK 550K pots and oil/paper caps in mine.
Just bought a 2019 traditional pro v today, flame cherry sunburst. It's beautiful, barely played. I let someone else take the beating on it. To me, the Les Paul is the grand piano of the guitar world.
Okay. I've been battling (inside of my head) whether to buy this or the '50s Standard. This is the one for me.
I want the 59 paf with the 60 reissue. My classic has the classic 57’s and they’re amazing.
Classic 57's are proven killer pickups 👍
I have a 2019 Gibson Les Paul Standard 60's (Un-Burst) and it is amazing!
Same here but 2020!
Same here but a 2023 and it is stunning.
Very, very nice! The first thing I did was put those strap locks on my Les Paul, as well.
Great guitar and great review! The LP 60's is my favorite...
Me too
I bought a Teaburst 60s Standard a few years ago when they were $500. dollars cheaper, and they are STILL the best Les Paul Standard you can buy! Hands down.
I did too...
Same in Canada, they are now 4k before taxes.
Import duty is a bitch - back when I lived in NZ it was prohibitive for a working musician! I have lived in HK for a while now, duty free port essentially, so very lucky with that!
Same here in latin america, sadly the used ones are at like a $400 difference, so it's not worth to buy in the second hand market
Great review. Beautiful guitar 🎸 Love your playing demo. 61BB's are definitely my favorite Gibson BB pickups as well 😊
surprisingly i wasnt crazy about the 61BBs. I replaced with a set of 57 classics. perfection
I discovered your channel because of the factory tour, it's a great video.
Great review and demo video! Would love to learn that blues solo you played! Do you have any Tab available?
I came to the same exact conclusions as you.. Those Burstbuckers pickups handle gain really well while keeping their definition.. My only beef is that I would have appreciated real mother of pearl inlays rather then Vinyl and higher frets.. But it's just me..
Great review Gibson’s knocking it out of the park!
Great job! Thank you so much !
I’m putting these 61’ PAFs in a Ibanez semi hollow AS73 😮
I wish I could afford a les Paul 60’s standard!! 😢
It’s my dream guitar, flamed or quilted!!!❤️🙏😎👌
This Les Paul sounded great but the only down side for me was the weight--5 back surgeries. I like my guitars at the 8lb mark. Great video🎸
modern weight relief les paul studios check those out
@@rustynutz466 thanx I will. so cool of you🎸
2 lbs affect you that much eh? it s not even a kilo.
Bravo dude, you are an epitome of a snob.
The Les Paul Classic also has modern weight relief.
He got a really heavy one. Some are under 9 lbs
I'm buying a 50's Standard Inverness Green next week.
Looks like a classic ,it's beautful.
I think the 60’s bourbon burst would look so great if it had the vintage 50’s tuners.
Great video review - both entertaining and informative.
excellent reviews John Nutzak
I put locking rotomatics with Schaller keys on mine. Had them laying around from a project guitar so I figured why not haha
Awesome gibson LP great video , thank you.
Everyone complains about the price when, adjusted for inflation, these guitars cost nearly the same today as in 1960.
Been playing LP’s forever. You want to talk about weight, had to play my double neck for three hours once!
without a doubt this is the Les Paul on my radar. just need to save some $$ first.
If I were you, Id be on the lookout on the used market (Facebook marketplace is great) and save yourself a few hundred dollars, maybe even 1000 dollars depending on the desperation of the seller. Good luck!
Why short neck tenon? Do all of these models have that?
raised nibs on the neck binding? Why do they do that? The strings catch between the end of the frets and the raised nib on the binding.
None of that stuff matters. Do you like thick or slimmer necks?
I bought one love it
Beautiful finish
Thats 60’s is a beaut
Gibson should however find a proper way to protect the body from the screw in the pick guard. 5 out of 5 guitars in the shop I worked in has a ding where the screw is on the front of the body when you unbox it. That's just a shame.
Love it but, too heavy for my old ass !!! Great demo and review as always guys !!!
John, does that difference in neck make a big difference for you or is it just something you get used to? I prefer a thicker neck. I never have a caliper to measure, so I'm never sure at what point a thin neck starts to bother me.
Is 1800 a good used price for one of these?
thats a great in depth video for sure
Nice to see that Paul Reed Smith has pushed Gibson to putting out well finished and well set up production guitars. They were sloppy for sooo long. A little competition a good thing.
Funny, I have the same guitar, and a couple of weeks after receiving, I put the 61s pickups on listing... I didn't like at all. Since I have other guitars with 57 Classic and Burstbucker Pro, I've isntalled on her a couple of SD P-Rails. After all, a matter of taste.
I like it,but my dream Les Paul is with p-90
Thanks
If I wanted to remove the pickups and install Seymour Duncan’s, do you have any idea what a general cost might be to have them installed at an average music shop?
You could probably get it done for around $50.
@@PlayandTradeGuitars Thank you. This was after changing the stock Gibson strings to Elixirs. Perhaps i need to go with a different brand next time!
My preference for Gibsons are D'Addario 10 gauge, thanks again!
@@PlayandTradeGuitars thanks I’ll give it a shot next change.
Does it come with the box
I’m some ways I agree with skender lol but not by covering the head with black tape like Robin from dreadnaut
So I bought a 2023 Gibson Les Paul Classic, what’s the difference between the 60 and the Classic?! Do they not have the same pick ups?! 🤔
Looks nice too
Do I buy this or a tone king imperial amp for my strat
If you don't have a Les Paul, buy the Les Paul! In stock with multiple to choose from: www.zzounds.com/a--3979398/item--GIBLPS600?siid=257865
Thanks for watching!
if I'm not able to buy one in store/in person and order online, is there a chance that i receive a top that has little to no flame or do all standards have a noticeably flamed top?
All current ones have flamed tops if I'm not mistaken, I've only seen older standards that don't have flamed tops... unless it's specified for example the new plain colors vs the flamed colors
Is it true the frets are only 0.036" now?
This Gibson guitar is sweet as can be Really nice 👍
i hate 61 Burstbuckers…if i replace them with PAF clone style pups (wizz paf, monty paf, SD seth lovers), are they going to sound pretty similar to the 61 BB???
I agree nice Les Paul
i really really really want one in unburst .
yo mine came in a black case as well as supposed to the Lipton case. Does everyone know what the deal is with that?
It means you’re gay!
A muddy mess with that distortion pedal….yecch
Anyone compared the standard 60s to the Adam Jones model?
Nice sound
Gotta have one 😊
Damn that guitar is gorgeous!!😍
Today I went out for a walk and saw a random guy. I returned home with a les paul. Kinda hate it when it happens
Just got a heavy one also. It's funny, because anyone with a back worse than mine can't walk. Haha
Agree love by bourbon bust ‘60
Bought a new 2022 60's standard in Iced tea last year and actually regret it now. 😢Not because the Gibson is not incredible because it is
but because i regret not just getting the Custom shop R0 VOS i originally wanted. At that time i just could not justify spending the extra
$3500!😱 Now almost a year later i wish i would have not been so worried about the cost and just went with what i really wanted.
@@jfiery thanks,
I have favorites although I can say I like them all. I’ve seen more rare ones as well, for instance one of the ‘Made To Measure’ ones from Gibson which goes from a blonde at the center and transitions into a nice shade of purple @ the edges. It’s brilliant and I’m not even a huge fan of purple. 🤙

9.1 based on what? where s your scale?
It's pretty ...pretty
Yeah I don't know .. $5000 Australian Dollars is a lot of money..
Its freakin breautyful
Almost 11 pounds is unacceptable for a now 3K Standard, Gibson is laughing all the way to the bank.
