Hands down the best prog metal band. They consistently put out awesome music. I was fortunate enough to have seen them in Pittsburgh this June. This audience kicks ass! I was literally jacked and embarrassed by the Pittsburgh audience. I would have loved to have been at this concert. This goes to Eleventh! !FATES FOREVER!
As far as I know, there are not alot of die hard fans in the states for FW. I would love to be in Greece to see the sights and catch on of my favorite bands in such a pleasant and appreciative environment.

Can't believe its been 11 years, feels like yesterday, i still clearly remember how electrifying this concert was and how amazed Ray and the guys were to see such a warm crowd, you could see it in their nods to each other & their faces...Also remember pre-concert speakers played Dance of Eternity from Dream Theater - unheard of at time as album was not out yet....long live FW
Yeah I am from Baltimore and my band played with them - amazing guys and band! I actually caught up with Ray Alder a few times in L.A. - REALLY cool guy! I live in Vegas now and the shows are so much more expensive given it's a tourist trap.
Actually that tour was Dream Theater, Queensryche and Fates Warning. Every night the headlining was alternated between DT and Queensryche. At the end most musicians from the 3 bands reunited and played a DT song and a Queensryche song all together on stage,

Τσεκαρετε και το νεο dvd που βγαλε ο Alder ως Redemption. Στο amazon θα το βρειτε πακετακι με το νεο διπλο dvd των Pain of Salvation, 40 ευρω μονο ^^
I am with ya on the States comment. Although I do love Inside out too a lot. They never got the respect they should have here in the USA. Metallica.. LOL.. give me a break!
@osborne1971 Agreed 100% America sucks for live real music. Bands like Fates don't sell well here, so they play mostly over seas. Pisses me off so much. I miss the days when you'd see Fates playing local clubs in NY.
