I've wanted to make a wood canvas piece like this for a while now and really enjoyed the process today. What is your favorite mixed media supply? I really like using buttons (no surprise there) and the lace ribbon.
I'm obsessed with buttons, but more so for Jewellery making!
I like ribbon 🎀 as well! It is so pretty!

Hi , i am asking a Guamon 1560 for christmas. I was wondering if krita is a good program to draw with. And if u recommend leaving the screenprotector on. Also, if u have any tips because im a COMPLETE beginner other than mentioned in video's (good settings for a4 paper). If i get good i can tell my friends ur my inspiration. Greets 😁
Hi, I have never used the Krita drawing program so I don't know how good it is. Is it a new program on the market? As for the screen protector, I use my Gaomon tablet with it off but some of the newer models come with it pre-installed and I have worked that way as well. I would recommend try both and seeing which you prefer. Drawing with the screen protector on feels more like drawing on paper than working directly on the screen. I have a made a couple of videos on digital art for beginners already but other than those tips I have already shared, I would say keep practicing, watch videos and courses if you can to learn and make art that makes you happy. It might take some time to get used to the tablet and drawing program but the more you draw, the more comfortable you will become. I hope this helps. Enjoy your new tablet:)
hi my mum asked what art spplies i want for christmas and i said llots what would be the top 5 suppies a 13yro should get ?
Hi, It would depend on the type of art you'd like to create but generally I would start with a sketchbook, a pack of markers, pencils or paints (depending on what you fancy using), some graphite or sketching pencils, a couple of fineliners and pad of good paper to match the main art supplies. I would have a look at Arteza's website. They have different packs of supplies:) Hope this helps.
