    Though I am not invested in Noida as yet and have invested in many projects in Gurgaon still this person is one of the best in terms of real estate clarity and knowledge.

    Hello sir, I purchased a 3 BHK approx 6k/sqft flat in JKG palm court noida extension but uski registry nai h authority ka dues h builder pe jiske wajah se registry open nai h or na hi OC aaya h. Maine rehne k liye liya h. aage iska kya future h or registry nai hone ki wajah se darr lg lgta h kal ko authority kuch action na lele hum buyer k upar. Please guide.

      Look it's a good investment if we are talking about county group just take a look at previous projects across the region. Like cheery county,ivy county, and multiple projects delivered. All the buyers who was invested with ounty you can ask them the capital investment and now the price demand of sellers.
      Ivory county all the units are sold out . Resale available buyers who invested in 2024 bsp 14k to 16k they get high appreciation around (6000k appreciation in 2028)

    Bhaiya, 1 important and logical question from my end, at 6:40 you said Noida me supply hai hi nahi. Wahi Gurugram ke 1 guruji hai jo bolte hai Noida me unlimited supply because Dadri YEIDA ke paas bahut land Bank hai, Gurgaon me supply nahi hai, Gurgaon is diamond and Noida is Silver 😂(I highly disagree though). According to me Gurgaon me bhi Manesar Dharuheda, Rewari tak Land hai and South me Sohna tak. Agar aap Bina naam liye thoda is question ko address kar denge toh I will highly appreciate your efforts, thanks 🙂

    Prestige City starting price of 1.15cr is too costly💸📈 at the pre launch for a place like Ghaziabad(no nearby metro in close proximity of the project) where there is no metro 🚉 proposed. Also it's without RERA ☠️ and it's there first project in NCR, don't know how would they manage it. Might fail as Godrej 🔐 failed 👎to deliver after the same hype. Traffic 😤 problem is known to everyone.

      Both the red line and blue line are present in this area , The upcoming pink line was also proposed in ghaziabad. Not to forget about ghaziabad rrts station.
      Upcoming AIIMS delhi satellite centre is also proposed in this area.

      Bro, Prestige City in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad is situated near a Metro Line (recently approved) which will go up to Jewar International Airport as its last station. And again for your kind info, Ghaziabad and Noida has much better traffic condition than Gurgaon.

    Public ka mast kaata jaa raha hai...I live in prateek grand city. Siddharth vihar affordable location hai with typical ghaziabad gentry. Prestige apne ko premium samajhne waali public ko sadak pe ate hi vijay nagar rahul vihar ki public set kar degi 😂.

      @@BlingKing321 but if you see other projects nearby Elite x , Irish platinum , Spring Elmas everyone is around 9 10k... Toh accordingly 11k seems to be alright for Ace...
      And Godrej will also launch at least at 13 14 k I guess there...
      More over Developer has to sell his 600 apartments so they must have done their maths and Calculations before setting this price at that location....
      What do u say on this ?
      Just sharing my point of view...

      @@yudhvirsinghsuri ace can't be compared Elite and Irish ... Loading of ace is poor but quality is good.. Location ke paise hote hain.. agar metro/rapid rail nhi ayi to mushkil hai price up jana
