Pressing the button 7 times didn't work until I read a comment elsewhere... you have to do it at about the pace shown in the video. I must've done it too slowly and it did nothing.

hi, i have the same printer but sometimes when i print i find like dots or lines on my paper, you know how to clean the toner so that those stains dissapear?
i bought mine about a year ago, i would say its printed around 1000 copies and the toners low, which sucks actually but at least the printer was cheap

However after continuous usage of the toner i got a "toner ended" msg from the printer and it refuses to print. changing cartridge doesn't solve the problem. any idea what's wrong? Appreciate any reply

I got two toners from another printer i'm not using anymore. Is it possible to just refill my HL-1110 with the tonerpowder from the them, or is there a risk of damaging the HL-1110 toner?
You'd be unlucky to "damage" anything, although I can think of scenarios where it could happen. The most likely outcome is that the print quality won't be what you'd like

I heard that you need to reset the toner with some kind of wheel? I'm wrong?

U Refill Toner Ofcourse ur video covers it but i also saw someone explain that this method only works for once specially if u r using the factory fitted starter cartridge toner. For the second time we have to play with the gear thing.
Whats your opinion on that. as u would also know that the starter toner doesn't come with a fitted reset gear. do u still think the starter toner can also be refilled and reset like your method several times?

No chip? Well that's new. All my previous printers have those evil chips you had to reset/replace.

Hi! I was given a free toner when I bought HL 1110. But now it's already empty. My friend told me that I cannot refill that original cartridge, and that I have to buy a new one that can be refilled. Is that true?buying a mew cartridge is 1800 pesos pr 40 dollars here in the Philippines. It's very expensive.
