    Aman Ji Lucknow ka koi bhi Flat project is 10% return diya hai last years me Why Omex palace is still selling at 95L and booked 6 year back in 85L? What about Rental yield in Lucknow any project is getting 5% rental yield

      I understand your point. Here's a revised version:
      Sorry, your timing for entering at that price point was off. We sold Eiffel Vivassa at ₹4200 per sq ft in January 2022, which generated a return of 44% within a year and is currently trading at approximately ₹7000 per sq ft. Similarly, Okas Residency, Mulberry Heights, Shalimar BC 2, and Constella, among others, have also yielded significant capital returns.     Sahara me amarawati ka Jo project aane wala hai uska future kya hai.. dual ownership ka issue to nhi aayega aur project baad me bhi phir se atakane ka koi chance ho sakta hai kya.. plz share ur views..
