Replacing organs would decrease the population due to trafficking unless they plan to grow organs in machines, also you cant replace skin, even in patches it will look gross! I think the last resort would be a brain transplant into the body of a child but you cant transfer a soul or spirit!!

You need to understand these after picture were taken almost right after the surgery... nothing is set yet. You still see scar, swelling, so you have no idea what it will look like in the end.
