I bought 2016 s model x 10500 brand new 0 miles 2 years ago amazing motorcycle...1 advice replace the fuel pump ..Japan pump x just 100 and the floating inside of gas tank need sanding ...90 % of ktm1190 problems
👍🏼 did you swap the fuel pump when it went out or right away. I installed a Oberon clutch salve so far Might just order a fuel pump and keep it on the bike just incase. What brand did you go with?
I just replace the pump..no o rings because Don fit..anyway never have any issues...stop for gas and when i opened my gas cup is like a volcano..hahaha...do research about pumps...but don't buy ktm. .
Nice bike. I don't care for ABS on the rear wheel at all. I also don't like TPMS and have disabled it on 4 wheel vehicles. Always comes on after your are going down the road for a while not when you first turn it on when you could check it and fix it before heating the tires up. Enjoy your new to you bike.
So how much did you pay? I just bought the 15 1290 sa with 24k on it and it is pretty mint. All the nice upgrades and full touratech hard pannis. I am amazed every time I ride it. Such cool bikes. 👍
@@AdventureTomek I was hoping for you, at least! I know they are pricey from the get go, and 642 miles is barely broken in. I'm sure it had to be in the $12k range, I was was just hoping you scored a low-miles barn find for ultra cheap. Regardless of the price, it sure is a nice bike. :)

Toto, we aren't in KLRansas anymore. Very cool bike, those big KTMs are beasts and for a big bike they are amazing off-road.
