@@PlayBoiism A lot of trial and error. First grow was a big lesson on how to use it. It is so easy to light burn the plant. It's so bright and efficient and I don't have an accurate ppfd meter. Im buying another, they are that good 👍
I think i buy me this 600w 2.9 light, those seems amazing, i was thinkin to get the 1000w XTREME but i dont know anything about Co2 and this light doesnt make sense for me in a little grow tent😄 but this 600w 2.9 seems like a beast. What do you recommend for this light? A 1,5x1,5m tent ? Because this light seems like it fits perfect in a 1,5x1,5m tent. Now i got a 1x1m but in there those light wont fit because its to big😁
The Zeus 600W Pro 2.9 LED producing a PPF of 1770 µmol/s and a very high efficacy of up to 2.9 µmol/J and has a footprint of 1.4x1.4m. Would be a fantastic choice.
Can i use this particular lighr without external driver?its nkt worth it for me to buy that external for 2 packs of lights, please respond! And is there a tutorial how to use it manually that lights?
Hi there Milan. If by "external driver" you mean without a Digital Panel the answer is yes. Each Lumatek 600W Pro 2.9 comes with the followings and are ready to rock and grow once set. - 6 x Lumatek 100W Pro 2.9 Full-Spectrum Magnet Light Bars - 1 x Lumatek 600W Pro 2.9 Driver with Connecting Cables - 1 x LED Structure with Connecting Cables - 1 x 0-10V Light Dimmer + Velcro - 2 x Metal Cable Hangers - 1 x Manual (here you'll find what to set and manage the light manually)
We don’t usually recommend a specific distance and intensity because it will vary with several factors. Some require more PPFD than others, the growth setup may influence this if you're counting on the reflection and other factors. So if we recommend a certain value it could not be applicable to all our growers. But as a standard reference: Zeus: 465 \ 600: 40 centimetres For veg: 50% Flowering: for the beginning of flowering 75% and then change to 100% for the rest of flowering. This should allow the micromoles to be correct on all stages. But please be aware that there are always common issues regarding height distance from canopy to the light. For example, if the light is too far, lower leaf drop, stretching, stunted growth, and or even growth stop may occur. If the light is too close canopy leaf burn, bleaching, stunted growth, and growth stop can also happen. To help you avoid any of these issues you can check our detailed product specs sheets on our website, and ensure that your canopy is receiving the optimal PPF levels according to your growth stage.
You can use it in every stage. Check our LED Grow Lights Strategies so you know how you can get the most out of your Lumatek product. Check strategies here: www.dropbox.com/s/fnke7ozhp59fuix/LUMATEK%20GROW%20LIGHT%20STRATEGIES.pdf?dl=0
£750 for this, if you ever need to change bars they ask around £175 per bar, you can do the math, they seem to be forcing you into buying a whole new light when the strips eventually go.
I dunno where you buying yours from but you can pick these up in the uk for anywhere from £650 up to £800. I paid 800 for mine a few months ago then a couple weeks later I saw someone had a load for 650. 2.9 model too. Shop around a bit more or ask for a price match/discount.
@@user1x hey mate I’m literally in the process of harvesting now or rather this week/weekend an am bout half way through. So far it’s probably one of if not the best crops I’ve done in nearly 20 years of using hps. Both quality bud yield are much much better. Every plant real terpy, usually I end up with one or two plants that are terpless or almost terpless but this time they all proper stinky (I run seeds usually not clones) That could be coincidence tho obviously but there’s a big difference still imo in chemo-types of each plant. One thing I will say og strains like og kush or skywalker og prefer hps. A skywalker og cross I did you can easily tell she didn’t really like the light spectrum and prefers hps but that’s only really one specific cultivar or sub set of that cultivar and it’s still a banging plant jus didn’t yield as well as she would have under hps I think. Yield so far are gonna be around the same as I get with 2 x 600w hps but I’m only using one 600w led In a 1.5m tent vs a 1.2m for the hps I used to use. I won’t be going back at all even for the og kush cultivars. I’m gonna probably get another one maybe 2 of these lumateks too. Well worth the money especially as I can get the leds now for around 650-700. Oh yea this is my first run on these leds so there’s plenty of room for improvement still. It’s pretty amazing tbh especially thinking my bud can actually potentially get even better once I dial stuff in and/or run some select clones/keepers.
@@rippedkangerooarmwrestling9971 hey mate, first run I got around 25 oz from 8 plants in 11l pots. Coco. They weren’t vegged as long as I wanted tho as I wanted it done around Xmas time so I think I could’ve done better if they’d been vegged more by a few weeks. Next run should be better. I also run multi strain and from seed so there’s a lot of variables at play when it comes to yield. It gave me around double what I would get with a 600w hps. First time running them tho so things should improve as time goes on. Overall quality has also improved quit a bit so there’s that to consider too. It’s definitely worth the money and upgrade. So much so I got another one just recently. I’d highly recommend this led especially if you can find it at a cheaper price. (I got my second for £700 but I’ve seen them go for £650)
No light burns and plant is at 10cm from light at 100% power! JUST WOW!
