Unsalted Butter -30 gm
Salt 1/4tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Normal Temperature Water 60 ml to 75 ml (4 to 5 tsp )
Unsalted Butter 80 gm
For egg custard
Whole egg 1
Egg yolks 2
Sugar 4 to 5 tbsp
Vanilla essence
Whipping cream 150ml
milk 70 ml
baking & pre heat temp 210 degree Celsius
