Beyblades in their FIRST design were a 90's thing! The redesign is 2000's ,BUT...Because I had the original as a kid,I can say 100% that they existed in the 90's
Emma is quite young & just a different vibe, from past recent videos she’s grown a lot but maybe don’t pair with Jair…. Cause we all know Jair full of energy & would work well with other reactors like that 😅
I honestly was trying to keep my cool with Jair in the vid. Thinking the 1960’s videos looked like the 1990’s as if the 90’s were sooooo long ago. She’s not that young anymore to be THAT naïve, at this point it just comes off as dumb. And we know she’s not dumb so…🤷🏻♀️👎🏻
“that girl” though? lol that’s Emma who’s been there since she was little, Jair is a newbie by comparison! Her first thumbnail appearance (and feature!) was the “crazy cat lady” reaction over 12 years ago, let alone her first video! Lol
They finally didn't have a trailer/sneak-peak of the video at the start. That's a *win.* Believe it or not we want to be surprised by their reactions and see them in context the first time.
Rubik's Cube may have been invented in the 70s but it didn't get it's name and they didn't sell them internationally until 1980. Also, that's not a space hopper, that's a hippity-hop!
nerf footballs were advertised as being safer, but 10 year old me realized they're just football shaped foam sponges and soaked them full of water then froze them. the bully kids in my neighborhood can attest that they are not in fact safer. some would argue they are potentially MORE lethal than a normal football.
i just think she didn't have any chemistry with Morgan. maybe they're just very different. some reactors shine better with people they are closer to or have more chemistry with
What an awesome episode! Finally my area (Rochester, NY) is recognized for something good. Not to mention, when I heard Heely's, my first thought was Eric Beckerman. Anyone else?
All this was in the days of playgrounds with gravel beds, blistering hot metal slides and riding in the cargo area of station wagons. No seat belts ... hell, no seats! Every hard turn was an adventure! Lol

The best part of station wagons or pickup beds? The DRIVE-IN! 5 kids sprawling out, blankets, pillows, snacks. Parents in the folding lawn chairs. The drive-in playground before it got dark! Sadly, drive-ins have gone the way of the dinosaurs.

We used to hold the space balls (hippity hops) against our chests and, you got it, run at each other. Whoever flew the farthest, lost. Extra points lost if there were tears. I realize how dumb it was NOW but kids don't think of consequences.

Zhu Zhu Pets technically are both 2000s toys and 2010s toys, since they were released in 2009 and lasting on till 2013. 2017 Zhu Zhu Pets are completely different to 2009 in many ways. I've heard that they might be coming back soon again.

Yeah it was. I got one for my b-day. Had it for about a year and my younger brother decided to cut it open to see what was inside. One pair of scissors and leaky goop later, R.I.P. Stretch
And plus that hand held moon bounce ball was in the 1985 movie ft Christina Applegate and the clown dog guy in the toy store scene bouncing thru the store on this ball but it was a solid dark blue and red balls
Does anyone remember the Hop Rod from the 60s? It was a gasoline powered pogo stick. It was only sold for a couple years. Waaay too many injuries. That's maybe a version in Toy Story of the Speak n Spell but I don't think it's in Look Who's Talking. Not sure if it's me but there are times in the video where the announcer audio is softer than the music. Does anyone else notice that or is it me?

other tricky answers, the Rubiks cube was originally called the Magic cube. It got its name change and was first released in the US in 1980.
This is what I said. You're throwing them off by showing commercials from the products way later then released.
