For reference: you don't need exactly this loadout of equipment. You basically got everything you need in desert, you don't need to go north for boots. You only need evasion >100 and 3 pp (and only passive steal and evade) After that you just go to arena and roll the dice. I got my victory on 3rd reroll with evasion 116

I took off the ribbon since he didn’t need stun resistance and put on a sniper lens to guarantee a first hit and that worked even in expert difficulty

I was on expert difficulty. Didn't have access to zenorian at the time since I didn't beat the game yet by then.

I can confirm it still works on Expert. Make sure you only have passive steal and evade as the tactics.
