hello cgao, was watching your film about chinese new years and lost track of the information of the meaning of each plates and how it is a family home union (similar to thanksgiving). almost sounds like you had different parents than my ivy league babysitters near boston or philadelphia or chicago - we meetup as families and sometimes the hotpot family style dinner is about which plate is from which family and the kids grab their plates from the dining table and sits around the coffee table in the living room while the cooks the fathers mothers sit on the dining table and eat the left there. you traveled away from home - never got used to the new plates at my siblings home yet - have a book of the plates listed from home to new home. sound more red envelope wishes on the inside and bring out the fortune for others like take out again... elle for egg drop soup
